Great memory and for a great cause. Last Spring my cousin Kalvin Ooms (in honour of my Dad) and hundreds of other Firefighters ran 58 flights of stairs timed against the clock in full gear at the Calgary Bow tower to raise funds for Cancer research. I believe there is such thing as good/bad foods. Unless you are deathly allergic.
However, there are times when we need to give our body a rest.
Adding in fruits and veg, quality protein, whether it's salmon, turkey, eggs or from the veggie, and not treating changes as permanent.
Starting Feb 1 I'm partaking in a 30 day reset. I personally feel I need it. Plus it contains food not starvation 🤣
Just need to give my body a rest from the inflammatory foods.
