Check out this exercise I thought of trying yesterday (@mathilde_becerra did it a few weeks ago) 👍
The goal was to hold for a few seconds each but do as many transitions as possible 🧐
Not bad for my first crack but next time I want to go back and forth 5 times ⏰

Finally filling the backyard rink! Who's pumped for ODR season?
No matter where in the world you are, or how much fun you're having, your heart is always with your #babies . You wonder how they are, what they're doing. Loving #Egypt but counting down the days until I can squeeze these two again! 😄 Thank you #labelclay for this beautiful gift - nothing better than personalized clothing - especially for #twins ! 😄 And the #holiday skirts are so cute, too! In #Canada they can wear them with leggings. Love! Love! #Bella#Vienna send you a big hug! :) #babygirl#babylove#Christmas is coming! :)
The Undressed Buck
He woke me up just before 07:00 and asked me if I want to go hunting with him. I got up and jumped into the truck. He stopped and got a coffee and drove out of town. There was a deer. It was a doe that we saw in a field as the sun was coming up. He asked aloud, to himself, ‘Where is the buck…”’ He spotted it, ‘Right there!’ -
A buck was standing about 70 yards away. The buck ran a bit after the first shot. He fired again. The buck stopped. He shot again. The buck dropped. He looked at me as soon as the buck went down and said, “Tagged out!” He got his deer for the season.
We got the fire burning in the wood-stove and took the buck inside to hang and skin. I like skinning animals. It is fascinating to get in between the hide and a layer of fat above the muscle and pull the skin off of the carcass. The hide is at least 3cm thick and it is wonder deer can stay warm in the winter. He is good at skinning a deer. I am pretty fresh to such work.
The stove was pumping heat when we go to an area inside of the deer called the backstrap. He said it is the most tender part of the deer, so we just threw it on top of the stove and cooked it there... No frying pan or anything...just deer on hot iron. The backstrap was very tasty and tender. There is something beautifully barbaric about looking at an animal as you eat pieces from it.
I had been talking through texts to friends from Philadelphia via text. I told them I had to go because I had to to skin a deer. She said, “Well, that’s basically the most Canadian thing anyone’s ever said to me"...

Mango mousse cake and more chocolate for myself.
I'm really not a chocolate person but I guess my body needs it since I'm so tired these days!!
