Can you get in shape with bodyweight training?
I'm certainly not big or muscular and never will be. I'm a footballer first and foremost and being fast and fit is my main priority.
But with a focus on calisthenics and getting stronger at bodyweight movements along with following a simple nutrition approach it's enabled me to at least get into reasonable shape.
Because I enjoy it so most of all I'm consistent with it.
Plus it's class when you nail down a new movement or something you couldn't do before.
🇬🇧 *BUILD MASSIVE SHOULDERS*
If you’re looking to build big shoulders then a standing press should be in your routine at some point.
Great for building some mass and thickness on those delts 💯
🇮🇹 *COSTRUIRE LE SPALLE GROSSE*
Se volete aumentare la massa e densità nelle spalle (i deltoidi), questo esercizio 100% dev’essere nella tua scheda 👌🏼
💕When they smile 💕
I can’t begin to tell you how much I love training @hey_mumma and how much I admire her. .
A yummy mummy of three beautiful children, a teacher and she still makes time to train. She always pushes herself to the limits and always has a smile on her face whilst doing so. .
Life can be tough enough and for mums a little harder to try and find time for themselves with baby in toe. I don’t know a bond with a child like a mother but what I do know is the love because I get to watch it everyday with my ladies and their little ones and it’s the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. .
Ladies please never apologise when your child cries, never apologise when they are being a little mischievous because it’s life it’s what they do and I honestly don’t mind and neither do any of the other ladies in class if anything you will get all the support you need. .
We are a team, a squad of women who bring each other up not tare each other down. .
