Yes calories matter but hormones matter more. This #CICO#diet is unsustainable because the food is not satiating and creates more Metabolic mayhem. It’s like trying to hold your breath under water!
Research and studies proving #LCHF ⬆️protein ⬇️ starch to be more satiating and therefore sustainable. Better managed hunger hormones and more efficient fat burning.

Today was my High Intensity Interval Training day on the @concept2inc
I did 10 * 100 meter sprints, with 2 minute rests.
Then after all that I did a timed 100 meter sprint, so see what I had in the tank.

How do you prep your Hummus? 🚨NO MEAT ALERT 🚨 Hummus is one of the most delicious spreads out there. You can add it to a sandwich, add meat to it, or eat standalone. I have eaten so many versions, and cooked it many times myself. Nothing beats the taste of warm homemade fresh hummus, with a homemade pitta. You can also buy Hummus in a box and upgrade like this.
I prepare my hummus platting with: Tahini, Olive Oil, Paprika, and Chili
Can also add to it some raw onion to use instead of pitta bread (paleo friendly) and a hard boiled egg.
