My fave chips + homemade guac = a match made in heaven. 🥑👌🏻 Such a great day with family celebrating my little guy's 2nd birthday! On my stories earlier I mentioned how today I had to figure out what to make to accommodate gluten free, nut free, and vegetarian people all in one group 😱 I decided to do a chili (one beef and one veggie) & baked potato bar with alllll the toppings, GF cornbread, and this guac. It worked out great and we have tons of leftovers for the week. No meal prep needed 😀

I love this sign that's displayed in @unglu_d Gluten Free pop-up shop ❤Getting ready to go into a new week and trying to get myself into a good sleep routine because I'm literally the worse sleeper of all time, I'm a night owl through and through 🦉but I've recently been getting to bed earlier each week and am already seeing the benefit, even if I'm awake at least I'm in bed! Rest, a good diet and exercise really is the way to a better life! I'm focused in work, I'm in a good mood and I'm seeing an improvement all round! It's so easy to get into bad patterns and it can seem really hard to break that but it only takes one small change to get you back on the right road! I got lost at The MAiZE today with some of my diabuddies 🌽🌽 I made my first diabuddy one year ago and it made me realize how lonely the previous 9 had been. It’s wonderful being around people that get the frustrations associated with the highs and lows and everything in between.
