"how many times have we all been told to never skip breakfast? i take a quick 5 minutes when i'm getting ready for work and have a bowl of Special K with skim milk. if i arrive to work distracted by a hungry stomach, my day just won't start off on the right foot"

"at some point around 2pm, having most likely skipped lunch, i make sure to eat a giant bowl of mixed greens. a simple vinaigrette, lots of veggies, smoked chicken, all tossed with some pumpkin seeds always helps carry me through the day. i've never eaten a salad and regretted it."

People often ask me what my favorite thing to cook is, which is hard to answer when there are so so many things I love to prepare, but cauliflower steak is hands down in my top 3 things to make and eat 😋 This “steak” is seasoned with cumin, s + p, then seared, finished in the oven, and doused with pomegranate syrup. Smoky, juicy, and easy to prep. So delish!
