↪Overnight oaks will add almond milk in before going into the fridge. And add diced dates in the morning before I go to work. (It usually soak up and mixed well with the dates by the time I eat it - 2 hrs at least)
↪trying to limit / cut out my coffee intake cause I started to notice hyperpigmentation to my cheeks since July. (So far I haven't notice any changes to the pigmentation but I noticed my skin got much better- smoother softer and less breakouts)
Meal Plan Tip: Buy proteins in bulk when it’s on sale (This one ends Tuesday @krogerco stores). Preseason/marinate then freeze to have options for days where you definitely don’t have the time (or energy) to grocery shop. When you’re ready to enjoy, defrost, add to the Crockpot, Instant Pot, or one pan in the oven.
