🍽Starting my day with a
#highprotein#oatmeal . I added 2 table spoons of whole oats for extra shot of fibers, 1 scoop of whey protein & 1 table spoon of dreid fruits for a touch of sweetness. ✅2 table spoons of dried oats (28g) is 1 serving , giving you around 100 kcal and 3.4 gm of protein. Oats are very healthy but they still contain calories, I have so many clients who usually have big bowl of oatmeal! So watch out your portion size if you want to lose weight! ✅I like adding 1 scoop of whey protein, it has 20 gm of proteins and makes me feel full :) and I need some extra protein for my workouts. ✅ This small bowl of oatmeal provides around 260 kcal and 24 gm of protein:). ✅ oats provide around 34% of you daily requirement for #magnesium which is vital for keeping your mucsles and nerves functioning optimally especially during high intensity exercises💪🏻
