We got to host friends in our home for really the first time yesterday so I spent most of my day preparing our newly renovated house! 🏠 Ending the night among friends, on our couch & playing games was truly the best. I was soaking up every second.

I was able to drink my Keto coffee ☕️ today😱😱😱. Needless to say, I will not be using my Keiic coffee maker any more.
I have NEVER been a coffee drinker so every type of coffee that I drank was flavored or Rickey made it for me.
My Keto coffee wa so good that I wanted a second cup😋 I didn't have to add any sweetener to it at all ( I use to take 9 tsp. of sugar in my regular, yes you read it right). Just a half of a tsp of my vanilla shake in was enough to give me what I needed. There isn't any sweetener added to the Keto coffee but the creamy buttery flavor gave me what I needed for my flavoring. A shameful snap of a bad habit that has snuck back into my life since moving to Melbourne - using disposable coffee cups.
Melbourne is known for its amazing coffee and I have often found that I have purchased and taken my coffee without thinking about the fact that I have begun re-contributing to our coffee cup pollution problem.
It's so easy and convenient that it is no wonder why we as a global population often give it no thought.
But after watching 'A Plastic Ocean' (the best doco I have seen so far on the global plastic pollution problem) I am once again determined to refuse single use plastic where ever I can.
There really is no 'away' when we throw things away. It is still there. Somewhere. ☠
New dinner menu starts tonight! Come in and try our jalapeño and garlic glazed lobster tail from 5:45pm. Also on the menu 750 gram grass fed, 21 day aged T-bone steak served with garden salad and mash. $50 and we will pair it with a suggested wine included in the pricing.
