I take it as a compliment when people tell me I'm odd for waking up at 2am to shoot the Milky Way in the freezing cold, and I love it when people don't understand how I can just pick up and go without a real destination in mind because I have 4 days off and I can. Not can, but must. Someone recently told me they were envious that I could just do these things. To that, I say: you're never going to see sunsets like this by waiting for someone else to decide when they're ready to go. Just go. #AlwaysGo
First post of an already amazing roadtrip in Colorado. This is the classic shot of Maroon Bells. The early morning start of a 3 days backpack trip in this great national park. #coloradocameraclub#colorado#coloradolive
A year ago we left New York, drove to Michigan, and said our goodbyes once more when someone asked, "You're moving to Colorado? What's in Colorado?" I replied: "It's not Oak Park." And the rest was history. Second best decision I ever made.
Life has been exposing me to all of these constant, subtle reminders..reminders to stay grounded..

I don't really like to be a hater on social media, but I'm just sitting here perplexed as to why our society not only tolerates, but embraces Taylor Swift so much...???? #itsanofrommedawg but also feeling blessed because since moving to CO I am essentially NEVER subjected to listening to top 40 songs because pretty much everywhere in Denver is always playing cool music, or at least something different. 🙌
