R you ok with “only” being at risk for those? Addiction is a powerful thing. Gets people to throw values, self-preservation, all environmental consideration, love for animals right out bite after bite. Day after day. Or “just at parties, well they made it & served it, I don’t buy it, it was a special dinner, it’s just a little sprinkle on salad, it came with it, I didn’t ask, I was with people, only with my friends or family, i dont eat a lot, I don’t want them to feel bad, I don’t have any issues with dairy, my kids do well on dairy, I visited a farm once, I only get pasture/humane raised (w/ NO evidence), we were celebrating!” Wow. If you like dead & tortured cow stuff so much, why don’t you be like them: drink human milk until weaned, then eat vegan. And don’t worry, animals like cows would never turn around and drag you away from your family, or your family away in front of you while they beat you off from stopping it, imprison you, rape females so they can rip the newborn baby away to butcher it up a few days after birth if male, or to have the same hell if female, to steal the milk your body made for your baby, beat you if male bc you’re useless to them, torture you like it’s the Middle Ages. Only people are capable of that & are sick enough to 2b righteous about a # of other subjects while ignoring this & not research where it is the food is coming from, to pretend it’s ok, to not take responsibility for this insanity & violence, own being the cause personal health problems & destruction of the environment. & to know & keep doing it. I mixed up some cottage cheese with a bit of probiotic yogurt for some good gut bacteria😄 and topped it with my Seednola😊😊😍😍 ***I always try to choose homemade and natural products, but sadly homemade dairy products aren't often accesible, so I always read labels and make sure that the products are from my country of origin, have minimal 'ingredients' and stuff added to it and consist mostly of milk.
#tbt to my favourite Easter🐣 so far😊😊Let's hope that this year will be as good as the last😋😋 because I managed to squeeze in my #glutenfree#sugarfree and #yeastfree Easter traditional pastry right next to my grandma's one, and I'm proud to say that it has turned out better than I've expected!😃
It will never be like grandma's #uskrsnjapogaca but I can proudly say that it is almost as tasty as hers.
P.S. This recipe is not LCHF or Paleo but it is gluten free.Even though I am tolerant to gluten free flours I don't use them on regular bases, I'd rather use grinded seeds, coconut flour and grinded pseudograins like quinoa and buckwheat since they are less prevalent and thus more natural than rice and corn + higer in protein and fiber and less likely to irritate my stomach. To sum up, I used rice flour, corn flour, millet flour and chickpea flour just to adjust it more to my family's taste.
On days when a bar of chocolate is dinner I feed my #hunger by staring at dinner bowls from the past!
