There are few food experiences in life which are meant to be felt by each one of us. Eating at a rustic Dhaba is one of them.
Thanks to the ever-growing of concrete #Jungles and our busy lives it’s a task in itself to find a Dhaba in posh locales or to travel all the way to highway for that authentic dhaba experience.
Banking on the opportunity, @PresidentDhaba is the latest addition to the by-lanes of Madhapur (Image Garden Road) serving lip-smacking Punjabi Food (and Indo-Chinese). The ambience resembles those typical Dhabas that we might have seen in celluloid.
Paneer Tikka’s (Sofia and Jhumla) took us by surprise with a distinctive taste, texture and softness. Sofia, if I can trust on my memory, was mildly spiced marinated with fennel seeds paste whereas Jhumla was fiery with a masala filling inside.
There were filmy numbers and chartbusters playing nearby the Charpoys to keep our spirit high. Do not shy away from creating your own razzmatazz because at a place as such you can drop all your inhibitions and indulge in loud talks and a hearty meal.

Omg this was delicious!!!! I had to consume a protein, fruit, and some fats so I combined cottage cheese, pure vanilla extract, blackberries, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, and a teaspoon of raw almond butter and ate it as my “dessert” after supper.
It’s crazy how after a solid week of whole food nutrition, you really begin to appreciate nature’s sweet offerings ♥️
#80dayobsession peeps - it tasted like a cheesecake 😂💪🏻
Also, I’m sure if you’re not much of a cottage cheese fan, you can totally use Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt instead! Sooo good 😋

My dinner is simple but delicious. It’s steak with salad and cottage cheese. .
The steak is beef tenderloin with 125 calories per 100 gram, and there is 157 gram on my plate. 125 / 100 = 1,25 x 157 = 196,25 calories.
I bought a salad at the supermarket and there is 25 calories per 100 gram in it. I ate 42 gram. 25 / 100 = 0,25 x 42 = 10,5 calories.
There is 69 calories per 100 gram in cottage cheese, and there is 46 gram on top of my salad. 69 / 100 = 0,69 x 46 = 31,74 calories. .
A TOTAL OF 238,49 CALORIES. .
With dinner and my breakfast/lunch at 90,94 calories, my daily total calories ended at 329,43 calories.
It sounds like nothing but I’m not hungry and I’m actually feeling quite full.
Cottage Cheese-Herb Salad

Cottage cheese is one of my top-five satisfying foods. Chances are, if it's in my fridge, I'm eating a spoonful each time I open the door. You might be thinking, this girl knows how to party. 🙄This recipe takes cottage cheese up another level, brightening it with fresh herbs and crunchy veg. Party. Time.
I made sweet potato toast for breakfast! This is one of the easiest (and healthiest!) breakfasts there is! Each piece of “toast” can be topped with whatever you like! I topped each piece with something different - mashed avocado, almond butter, sriracha and a hard boiled egg, and cottage cheese with roasted sunflower seeds. Yum!
Simply cut a sweet potato length wide pretty thin. 1/4” or thinner even. Then toast in the toaster! It took me about three rounds of toasting to get crispy edges with just a little bit of crunch still! Anymore than that and it would be too mushy for toast.
