Thursday talk. 🌟Real shit I've learned from being in the fitness industry. 🌟 There's an increasing number of people disregarding health to look a certain way. Both mental and physical health. Some people will go through hell to look a certain way. 🌟Being stage lean is not normal. It's not achievable for the average gym goer. And just because you are shredded and lean does NOT mean you're fit or healthy.
🌟The more you focus on how you look, the less healthy you will be. Obsessing over a certain look when unfortunately, for many, genetics will simply never allow it.
🌟There are people who think because they train a certain way, it's the best and only way to train. Train how you like. Be it lifting weights, running, yoga.. whatever you like, do more of it. 🌟Worrying about you look all the time is absolutely exhausting. Trust me, I've been through it. If you fall off the wagon, miss a days training, just give yourself a break! Stop feeling guilty for being human.
🌟Everyone has a different definition of fitness. Do what you love to do. Follow people who truly inspire you. 🌟Forget what the big Instagram stars are doing. They are being paid to sell alot of products. Products they don't use. They don't care if they walk over you in the process. Do you honestly think doing a few sets of cable kickbacks is going to get you massive glutes?? I hate to admit but I've been through these points. I've come the other side.

💜 I love Açaí so much! 😋 unfortunately it is so hard to get good açaí outside of the tropics.😢 I used to eat açaí bowls every day for lunch back in brazil. Those good old days 🤤. But there is a way to hack the system by adding more frozen blue berries or bananas through your açaí pulp. 😈 It can even taste better that way! Did you ever had açaí before, and do you like it? 🤔

When I perform any back movements i aim to pull and drive through the elbows to place all tension on the back muscles instead of the biceps taking part in the contractions
Top tip when performing pull ups instead of aiming for 3 sets of 10 and reaching failure on the first set then maybe hitting 8 on the second set , try hit 5 sets of 6 you are still hitting the same amount of reps set and getting the most out of the working muscle as possible 🙌🏻

Last night I was feeling overwhelmed and just anxious about a few things I have on my list to do today. I get overwhelmed because I put time limits on myself and try to make sure certain things are done by a certain time.
I find myself using what I learn from my personal development more often then I thought I would. When I realized I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious...I just counted down 5..4..3..2..1.. and told myself I was just excited. I kept repeating that to myself until I fell asleep.
Reading daily personal development has changed my life in so many different ways. It’s just one of the things that’s changed my life the last few months.
All exercises individually chosen to target each quad muscle for overall muscle mass. Here u go
➡️A1 (Warm Up) Leg Extensions 10-12 reps FOUR SETS
➡️B1 Barbell Squats warm up/ mental preparation (Pyramid up to your working sets THREE SETS)
➡️C1 Barbell Squats 5 sets 6-10 reps
➡️D1 Leg Press 5 sets 15-20 reps
➡️E1 Smith Machine Front Squats 6-10 reps FOUR SETS

I’ve never been so content with my body, although I got the layers on from that massive bulk period. I’ve only been in this 100% for 2 years. I’ve learnt to stop comparing my body to those who have years on mine. I’ve accepted that being 6”5 tall is making the process a lot longer to look how I wish to. But self acknowledgment of progression is literally the best thing. It’s one thing for people to say “you’re looking good” but to sit back and look at yourself and be happy... well that’s rare. I’m not use to the feeling but it feels amazing. That being said, I’ll always stay humble, I’ll never change my morals in life. People forget that no matter how much you change your appearance, it’s how we treat others that matters most. 🙌🏼🤙🏼
