INTEGRAZIONE E ALLENAMENTO. PT-1 Per diverse esigenze, che sia doversi allenare alla mattina presto per lavoro, digestione lenta, macros & kcal bassi spesso molti si chiedono come OTTIMIZZARE l'ultimo pasto prima dell'allenamento, per renderlo digeribile alla svelta, completo dal punto di vista nutrizionale, veloce da preparare e che apporti energia sufficiente per il Workout. Innanzitutto specifichiamo che, secondo noi, essendo uno dei due pasti più "importanti" dal punto di vista di gestione del timing dell'introito giornaliero, se si ha la possibilità conviene SEMPRE farlo solido, completo di (quasi) tutti i macronutrienti, e allenarsi 2/3 h dopo. Tuttavia, consci in primis degli impegni quotidiani di tutti, di sovente consigliamo un Preworkout Liquido, composto in genere da whey (concentrate o Isolate, Caseine e/o idrolizzate/ peptopro sono indicate in altri momenti) , CREATINA (dose indicativa, dai 3 ai 7 gr se in cronico o maggiore se la usate in un carico), VIT C ( 1 gr ca) , CAFFEINA (dose MOLTO indicativa, non abusatene e osservate quanta potete tollerarne , potete partire facilmente con 100/200 mg ca 45/60 min pre allenamento) e carboidrati facilmente assimilabili (ciclodestrine/vitargo nel pre e intrawo, destrosio indicato maggiormente nel post). Uno shaker composto ipotizzando 40 gr di Isolate con crea, vit c e caffeina (il tutto 45 min prewo) e ciclodestrine intrawo (dose dipendente dai vostri carbo a disposizione) sembra essere una delle soluzioni migliori per allenarsi con energia, focus e sopratutto senza fastidiosi problemi di digestione. This day and age it is hard to look the other way at ice cream , doughnuts and pizza that is only to name a few of them... We are so hooked in on clean eating that we think ,are we have read are for that matter been told that " CLEAN EATING" is the only way to go.. I was once lead to believe myself that if I ate that chocolate bar it would make me fat ... So ask yourself this ..

Nathan has been dedicated to the process and hasn't looked for shortcuts. We set up his caloric intake and he ate every meal from us over the course of 90 days (excluding a few cheat meals). He was at 20% BF when we started and was measured this morning with BF calipers at 8%. Regardless of his numbers he looks and feels great.

90 days. After (201lbs) ---> Before(234lbs). I met @forgedthroughthefire 3 months ago today and decided to change it up a little. I've always been pretty active in the gym but never actually took the nutrition side of it seriously, and I'm always on the go so finding the time for meal prepping each week was just something that didn't happen. Not only did I have amazing food everyday, Kyle did my nutrition coaching and prepped every meal so I knew I was going to hit my macros every day.
