Beautiful walk to dinner this evening with friends and courageous women with booming businesses @heirloomedcollection and @breathlesspaper. Thank you for showing me around NYC and introducing family + friends. NY has always been so so big in my mind, and obvi it's big, but the past few days it's felt pretty small. I can walk wherever I want to go and generally know where I'm going. I even have a corner Dunkin Donuts where a very kind Indian man recognizes me now and gives me extra donuts. His smile is so full of joy. I wish there is more time to talk and hear his story. In the city that never sleeps...extra donuts from kind people come in handy. ❤️🍩🚕🌃

The most EMOTIONAL workout I've had in a while. 😰😭😡☹️😣🤗😑 (My husband said it sound like there was an exorcism going on in the garage... 😑 well...not quite- I'm saved by the blood of Jesus- no demons allowed here. 😮😂🙌🏻) But seriously though- what a RELEASE! 💥 It felt SO good and reminded me why I HAVE to get my workouts in- for my EMOTIONAL health. Period. 😜
I've also had day 1 with no sugar 🙅🏻and not many " carbs", and I'm fairly certain I had a hangry flair up towards my husband earlier... 😩😑🤦🏻♀️ I know this is what my body needs, but even more - my MIND! PCOS can make things super "fun" 👎🏻 so I HAVE to stay on top of it by beating it to the ground in my home gym. 🏋🏻♀️ I'm also watching my daughter after having knee surgery (ACL replacement) begin to fight back to her former self, and I can't let her think she can't do hard things because SHE CAN - just like I can. 👊🏻 So SHE is my biggest motivation right now- if she can do what she's doing, I CAN say "no" to foods that don't fuel me properly and I CAN workout daily and push myself. 💪🏻 If you have been watching and wondering- message me- 📲! Going through my 21 day results pics and using it as my motivation ✨ while I'm currently fighting off some kind of cold/sickness and 3 tacos & a weekend of celebrating my best friends bday from this photo --- you can say I'm SO ready to kick off round 2 of Shift Shop with my accountability group tomorrow 🙌🏻🔥 (as long as I feel better that is!) I usually like to start new programs on mondays but we did a little "preseason" so day 1 kicks off tomorrow, who says you have to wait til Monday to commit. My fresh start is tomorrow, I'm committing to my workouts, really honing in on my clean eating pcs meal plan, and making some other changes to my lifestyle too, letting go of the things that no longer serve me & adding more of what DOES 💕
