We were honoured to host a guided educational visit this time from fellow school professionals from the University of Hong Kong and Shenzhen Lotus Kindergarten, Republic of China. Thank you all for your wonderful feedback! 🙏🏻✨🙏🏻✨🙏🏻✨🙏🏻✨ "This small-scale preschool & kindergarten provides comfortable, natural, open, all-round, and orderly indoor and outdoor environment. In terms of the curriculum implementation, the Anak Atelier has been inspired by Reggio Emilia. It does provide children diverse types of activities and encourage their personalised learning and exploration. Also, according to my observation, the Anak Atelier has built positive and harmonious relationship with the families and the local community. I am sure that this preschool & kindergarten would be not only beneficial for children’s growth, but also valuable for the sustainable development of the local community with the inheritance and development of culture". – Edgar Weipeng Yang. PhD researcher in early childhood education, The University of Hong Kong. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ "This Bali international preschool & kindergarten has achieved innovations and development through learning from Reggio Emilia as well as rooting in the local soil. The integration of Indonesian traditional culture as introduced by Ms. Cheryl Tang further allows the education of this school to be full of sustainable values. Entering this school, I can see the infiltration of this idea everywhere, such as the environment settings and children’s activities. I can also feel the international atmosphere as well as the local ethnic characteristics. I sincerely wish this school to embrace a brighter future!" - Hongman He. Director of teaching researchers, Shenzhen Lotus Kindergarten

Today we would like to introduce to you one of our #new teachers Sarah!
Hi everyone, my name is Sarah Pervan and I will be joining the #team at Adventure Kids in January 2018. I am currently in my 2nd year #studying towards a Bachelor of Teaching with New Zealand Tertiary College. I am so #excited to have the opportunity to join a brand new centre where together as a team we will create a 'home away from home' environment for the children in our care. As early childhood teachers, I strongly believe that we are responsible for advocating for the children and ensuring that we provide them with a loving, nurturing and secure environment. Working with children and being one of the many who will help guide, shape, and support them into becoming the person that they want to be is such a privilege, and I feel very #fortunate to be able to work in this industry. I look forward to meeting you all! #ece#silverdale#nz
