↪We made ours with a frozen fruit medley of pineapples, mangoes, strawberries and peaches. We threw in extra fresh strawberries and sweetened with honey and a splash of lemon juice. Into the oven at 170F for 8 hrs.

1/2 ripe banana mashed
1 cup oats
1/2-3/4 cup milk of choice
Bit of cinnamon 
Mix it all up and refrigerate for 30 mins - overnight. Top with fresh fruit. 😍 if you make it let me know what you think!

You can work and sweat and lift and grind but if you aren’t fueling your body adequately, none of that matters. Being one step ahead of the hunger is 🔑 to me, AND it saves me so much time and money! Moin, ja stimmt. Ich hab länger nichts mehr gepostet. Mich hat‘s nämlich erwischt. 🤒 Ich war jetzt seit Donnerstag nicht trainieren und bin auch deutlich unzufrieden damit. Musste mich echt zusammenreißen nicht doch zu gehen! Dann auch noch #seminar heute und morgen, mit ganz viel Rumsitzen.... Im Seminar hab ich dann echt zufällig meinen Ruhepuls gesehen und mich mega gefreut. Ob ich ihn noch weiter runterbekomme?😅😂 Essen an trainingsfreien Tagen stört mich allerdings weiterhin. Today was "leg day" and if y'all know me, it's not my favorite🙅‍♀️so I wasn't to enthused about getting to the gym today😕I still got up super early this morn, I had to get my girl to her softball workouts and let me just say, they work them girls hard💪training em right👍every one of those girls are tough I tell ya👊I kinda even wondered if I worked hard enough myself...eh🤔

The kids are even complaining😲so when I came home starving I took all the veggies(zuchinni, onion, mushrooms and spinach)with some @alfrescochicken I threw it all in a pan and topped it with a fried egg👌hey, works for me🤗

Our idea of a Super(food) Bowl!  The weekend is the perfect time to give new recipes a try, and this one is fingerlickinggood.

Yield: 3 servings
Ingredients
3 tbsp tamari
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
250 g tempeh, cut into strips
¼ cup tahini
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
3-4 tbsp water
Large (9 oz) sweet potato, cubed
4-5 cups raw kale
½ lb cremini mushrooms, sliced
1.5 cups quinoa, cooked
1 cup black beans
Instructions
Tempeh: In a glass baking dish combine the tamari, garlic, sesame oil, and olive oil. Whisk to combine, then place the tempeh strips in the dish to marinate. Let sit for at least 15 minutes, then flip pieces and marinate for another 15 minutes. The longer they marinate, the better! When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 375F. Remove strips onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes per side.
Tahini sauce: Whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder. Add water 1 tbsp at a time to thin out.
Sweet potato: Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss the sweet potato cubes in olive oil, then bake for about 35 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway through.
Kale: Heat up 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan. Add the kale and sauté until it has cooked down and the edges become crispy. Add a generous pinch of salt to season.
Mushrooms: Heat up 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a large pan. Add about ½ of the mushrooms and cook until browned. Add salt and pepper to season. Repeat with the other ½ of the mushrooms.
Assemble the bowls: Amongst 3 bowls divide the quinoa, black beans, mushrooms, kale, sweet potatoes, and tempeh. Drizzle with the tahini sauce before serving. Tomatenmark mit Wasser und Oregano vermengen und mit Pfeffer Salz (und  ich hatte noch Knoblauch )würzen 
Auf den Hackfleischboden geben 
Paprika waschen und in Würfel schneiden , Mozzarella trocknen und auch würfeln 
Pizza mit Paprika und Mozzarella und Lauchwürfeln  belegen .....noch etwas Oregano und Knoblauchpulver  drüber streuen .....
Den Käse darüber verteilen
