We're launching into a new week! The Orbital ATK Antares rocket, with the Cygnus spacecraft onboard, launched from Pad-0A, Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017 at NASA's Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. Orbital ATK’s eighth contracted cargo resupply mission with NASA to the International Space Station delivered approximately 7,400 pounds of science and research, crew supplies and vehicle hardware to the orbital laboratory and its crew.

Working weeks without sleep, struggling, flunking and finally accomplishing something I wouldn’t expect myself to. Here, you succeed or you don’t, your life is an achievement everyday.
Finished an amazing semester here at Iowa State and already looking forward to the next! Can’t thank my parents enough for this life.
To my family and friends, the big day came and I walked across the stage. I am so fortunate to have parents that have such a strong work ethic and instilled it in my siblings and I. It was for dream and desire for a better lifestyle that they left their home country to pursue their dreams. They eventually found eachother and had a family, they always encouraged me to follow my passion. Whether it was to be a congresswoman or a doctor, I found myself to finally chose engineering was my calling. I came to UNT in Fall 2012 thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. Pursue a military career and engineering, but life has a funny way of putting you through tests to self discovery of embracing who you truly are and empower your way through your journey. I walked across that stage, truly happy in the end of my college career despite the ups and downs.
I want to give a big thank you to every single one that I came across while at UNT and yall made my experience here unforgettable and thank you to my parents and my family for always pushing me and believing in me.
