Mango & Banana Smoothie Bowl
Blend until smooth:
•1 unpeeled frozen banana •Flesh of 1 small mango
•3/4 cup almond milk (more if your blender is not high speed)
•3 tablespoons coconut or greek yoghurt
Top with banana, berries, granola and seeds! 😺

Beauty sleep is a must over challenge. Prioritise 8-10 hours sleep per night in order to loose body fat.
While sessions are important, sleep and relaxation are also necessary in achieving your goals!
This is arguably the hardest thing I've ever had to do.
Because this photo shames me into what I've been doing, or not doing to my body the last few years.
This is me stripped down and as raw as it comes.
I've never eaten right and I've cut corners.
I've let time dictate the fact I should be eating healthier and working out.
There comes a time when you can only take so many skinny comments.
This all stops today.

Outback Pat @zippa23 and @littlemissmandy are all set for their InBody scans TOMORROW! Scans will be conducted at @f45_training_darwin studio from 5:00am-10:30am and 4:30pm-6:30pm Wednesday with scans at @f45training_palmerston on Thursday. Please come 20 mins before your class, no coffee or pre-work before the scan. “Before” pictures must be taken at the studio this week, just grab a trainer.
