Our next 8 week challenge kicks off in a couple of weeks with our inhouse Dexa scans on Thursday the 20th of July.. these scans are a CRAZY cheap $50/scan for medical grade dexa scans! -

That's @ambiks93, who has completed the F45 challenge and she has lost 7.5 Kgs and reduced 3% body fat over 8weeks. She has been a consistent F45er and always motivated and I hope many more are inspired to take the 8week challenge.
For those who don't know about the challenge:
The F45 challenge is designed to give all out members "life changing" results, I. An environment that is insanely innovative and motivating. The challenge has been developed to help members increase lean muscle and reduce body fat percentage over an 8week challenge period.

#tbt Happiness is to be able to have training buddies who brings the best out of you especially on days you are losing steam during a workout, and you needed a bit of empathy/encouragement to pull you through.
I think sometimes we can forget that fitness and working out is not just a way to make physical changes, but also mental ones! I started out only focusing on how to get into the best shape of my life but I quickly realized that the thing I really needed to whip into shape was my mind and how I felt about myself. •••
Having lean stomach and being strong was great, but I still wasn't all that happy between my ears. You can use this journey to grow in more ways than one. The hour of time I spent working out became my "me time," the time I spent inside my own head reflecting and working to find how I could improve myself. •••
Then I realized one simple thing that surprised me.
At the end of the day it is myself and the people around me matter the most, and I have been feeling so happy lately since taking a step back and focusing on that. You should aim to surrounding yourself with people who reflect who you want to be and how you want to feel.
I am lucky to have that in my real life but that is also what I have found in this space. Everyone I have connected with, spoken to, and whose journey I have been lucky enough to follow along with has inspired me to keep going and be better. Energies are contagious, and man am I lucky to have such amazing people to look up to every day! ❤Happiness is ever changing, completely personal, and so so important.

Still seeing great results as we continue our fitness journeys. Since joining F45 late January I have lost 6kg, 9.3% body fat and gained 1.1kg muscle mass. I can't wait to hear the results for Challenge #2 . The transformations I've been seeing around the gym have been phenomenal and every bit inspiring.
