Another #KidFriendly recipe coming your way, courtesy of the wonderful @fit_n_clean_mama. Inspired by @rachlmansfield’s “Fudge Brownie Batter Truffle” she adapted these to include chocolate Soom. Here's how to make these fudge-y chocolate bites:
3/4 cup chickpeas, drained, + rinsed
3/4 cup Chocolate Soom
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chunks, roughly chopped
1/2 cup @bobsredmill coconut flour
1. Pulse the chickpeas in your food processor until they’re a hummus-like consistency.
2. Add the other goods and blend until combined and a ball forms.
3. Roll into balls; makes about 25 balls.
4. Sprinkle on just a few granules of course sea salt and press lightly (if needed) to get it to stick.
5. Freeze for 20-30 min to allow to set. Then store in the fridge or freezer until ready to pop into your mouth! 😛
This is what happens when you start to eat and then realize you forgot to feed your phone first. 😂😂 either that or you're with your very hungry squad ... OR you, ... Ok I mean "I" was the one who was really, really hungry. 😳😬😎
Drowning my sorrows in this vegan caramel this morning after watching the fam bam dig into my Golden Gaytime Vanilla slice (see previous post but be prepared for serious drool fest🤤). No dairy for me so this morning I made up for missing out on such Aussie deliciousness by drizzling my porridge with this heavenly caramel. Oh.my. goshness, if only you could taste through insta you would all be licking your phones, its so goodly! 😂 (and no refined sugar or gluten...my kind of deliciousness 😋). #vegancaramel

Strawberry chia pudding delights :) •
Super simple to make! To make 2 of these, I mixed 4 tbsp of chia seeds in 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I then let it sit overnight.
For the purple layer, I made a smoothie with a handful of frozen strawberries and half a banana, blended it with almond milk, and 1/2 tbsp maqui berry superfood powder.
For the pink layer, I blended almond milk, banana, and strawberries. Topped with frozen mixed berries.

Dreamy chia pudding after an early Pilates class this morning 💪🏼 I’ve had lots of you asking about my Pilates practice, so I thought I’d answer some of the questions here in case anyone is wondering the answers too! I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for just on 2 years, 3-5 times per week, and I did a year of mat Pilates before that. I got into Pilates because I injured my lower back pretty badly doing bikram yoga because I’m hyper mobile. Being hyper mobile means I have to work a lot harder to stretch or move carefully and in correct form/posture, as my body can go further/stretch more than it should. Pilates has helped me strengthen my back and every other part of my body in the process. It’s truly the only exercise I’ve ever loved (I previously wondered how people could ‘love’ exercise at all, but you just gotta find your jam!) and I couldn’t imagine not doing it! Have you ever tried Pilates? Love or loathe it? #naturallynutritious
Loving Tom Kerridge’s Thai-style butternut squash soup recipe. The best soup I have ever made. It is absolutely delicious. Seriously delicious, Yep delicious. 🤤🤤🤤#LoseWeightForGood#goodfoodshowgiveaway

@onedegreeorganics lentil grain bread + @hopefoods OG hummus + spaghetti squash + roasted butternut squash + roasted japanese sweet potato + spinach + avocado
here’s to making monday the best it can be 🤗
Porque um veggie burger vai sempre bem e para certas turistas portuguesas passar no Hard Rock, comer Tupelo com molho de mel e mostarda e comprar o pin de Moscovo 😏 I am such a good friend 🐻 Foi lá que vi o único homem giro nesta terra 😂
Have you ever wanted to make miso soup at home? It’s surprisingly simple! I picked up all the ingredients at Saigon Oriental Market and Deli. I added a YouTube link in bio that can show you how to whip it up in no time. Go traditional or add your own veggies. You’ll be able to make your own the next time the craving hits!
Nothing beats a warm, hearty chicken pot pie with biscuits recipe. 😊🥕Tender chicken in a savory sauce loaded with mixed vegetables. 🥕🥕From kitchen to table in less than an hour. GET THE RECIPE 👉https://www.berlyskitchen.com/chicken-pot-pie-biscuits/🥧🥧
Happy Monday, I always need easy delicious ideas for dinner that aren’t a recipe but more like a method of survival to feeding a family on a budget. Brown your fav ground meat and add your favorite taco seasonings and plenty of garlic then cover taco chips with anything you’ve got on hand. I always have beans in the cupboard, I save all the fresh toppings for after the nachos trip under the broiler. Serve alongside a green salad with cilantro lime vin and you have dinner for 4, under 10 bucks if you play it right! #rusticjoyfulfood
It’s time for sheet pan nachos!
