"The bike's the easiest part, you're sitting down!" said no triathlete ever.
I believe in being authentic and honest. I'm still not where I want to be with my cycling. I am terrified for tomorrow. Due to city permits I HAVE TO come in on my bike before 1:55pm tomorrow. That's 5 hours to do the 1.2 mile swim and 56 mile bike. If I don't make it in I may or may not be swept from the course, they may or may not let me cross the finish line and either way I'll be given a DNF (Did Not Finish). I'm confident and nervous all at the same time but I just keep telling myself that regardless of what happens... DNF beats DNS (Did Not Start)! IM ready, IM confident, IM Miami 70.3
"I recommend taking time to do a first look with your photographer. We like to plan a private reveal for the bride and groom to see each other and connect before the ceremony. It gives you a chance to slow down for a little bit of “alone” time together before the whirlwind of the day. It also makes for a great photo opportunity and allows you some time for portraits together that aren’t rushed." -Alison Neumark, Owner & Lead Photographer of @lifeandlovestudio
