Haven’t had this much fun playing all day in a long time. Both women’s and coed teams went out to have fun and along the way we won some games! Couldn’t have asked for a better group of people play with! Turkey Tourney 2017 was one for the books #FYF#NFG

This is my current setup in my basement to work on accessory work. This does not take the place of my barbell work, but it's great to have some equipment around the house to get a quick drip in if you are pressed for time!

So there is one more week until Thanksgiving, I hope everyone is training their stomachs. While you stretch your guts please enjoy another entry into the #FYF saga that I have been building for several years. This week I chose my topic after watching the New Zealand/Peru soccer game on Wednesday: Soccer players who flop. To this day I have no idea why these guys do this, I know it can get a penalty against the other team, but everyone watching just witnessed you throwing yourself on the ground and flopping around like a fish after getting sneezed on. If there was one thing keeping me from taking professional soccer seriously it would be this practice. Suck it up and fucking play you little babies. Hockey players have had teeth knocked out and still play, so you have no excuse for not getting back out there after getting your shin scraped slightly. In addition to looking stupid it holds up the game, so for the sake of the viewers just please stop. I know it's a lot to ask, but most players are very well paid and I've seen 5th graders take worse hits and keep going.
