It took me a bit to follow my passion, so I get it, it's not easy. However, I was also afraid because of "responsibilities." When I look back, my only regret is not doing it sooner.
Look, you'll need to be practical about this. I grew up playing sports, and if you would have asked me what I was going to be when I grew up, I would have said one of two things... a pro baseball player, or pro football player. Clearly it wasn't for me to do so. However, I have found passion in powerlifting. It has allowed me to stay competitive, and opened up doors to helping athletes. I am now a gym owner and a strength coach helping athletes. I may not have made it to the bigs, but I am still involved, and I have fun working with some awesome people.
Waking up to talk about what you love, do what you love, be what you love... that to me is ultimate happiness. It allows me to be a better person to my family and friends, as well as myself, and I am extremely grateful for it.
Follow your passion. I can't say this enough.

How to test for heavy metals and chemicals in your body. (Watch Video https://buff.ly/2f5SzVR)⠀
The majority of heavy metals are held in the tissues and organs; they are not free floating in the body. That is why a blood test or urine test on their own will not show actual heavy metal levels. In order to get a proper reading I use a provoked urine test with my patients. The provoking (or chelating) agent, pulls the metals out of the tissues and organs of the body to be excreted through the urine. To get the best understanding of each individual's metal load being held by the body, I use a pre-provocation test and a post-provocation test. This is much more accurate for each person than using a reference range. ⠀
Because the best testing for chemical toxicity is expensive ($700), I suggest incorporating supplements and practices into my patient's protocols that help detoxify and expel chemicals. ⠀
Side note: Because toxins are stored in fat cells, those that have a high toxic burden will have a very hard time losing weight until they remove chemicals and heavy metals. ⠀
