My feta honey decadence. This dish weakened my knees a little. I took a slab of #Greek#Feta and laid it on a cast iron pan. Drizzled it first with EV olive oil, plentiful as always. Then drenched it in gooey honey followed by plenty of freshly chopped oregano, then plentiful pomegranate seeds. Baked at 200 for about 15 mins till soft and melts in your mouth. As you scoop gets straight out of pan scoop more of the pomegranate seeds, honey and olive oil in the pan to get a proper mouthful of heavenly decadence! Hope you like it ☺
