➕Here's my past 24 hour intake( 1500 calorie daily increase) Body is already feeling the rewards.
Being a massive lover of this Nutrional Cleansing program for the past 15 months, I still get asked if I live on shakes and get told You need to eat actual food!! Actually I live on a bit more than shakes, I eat real food and I implement the products to fill in the gaps giving my body what it needs that food cant give anymore. So you should know I actually love a beer and Scotch & dry but I’m able to experience the best of both worlds because this system allows me to do so. I fast once almost every week and throw in a double cleanse once a month and train 5-6 days a week depending on my shift. On other days I eat everything in sight including a superfood smoothie like most people who go to the gym. The thing I love about this system most is that it's an all year round balance. No yo yo results just consistent results.
So I am not using the program for weightloss anymore but I use it to burn body fat, stay energized and grow lean muscle all at the same time. Makes sense to me.
Here's to a lifetime of feeling amazing!! 👌👌#nutrition#fitness#health#fitness#healthy#healthspo#fitspo#healthy#motivation#workout#healthychoices#fit#instagood#bodybuilding#mymacros#macros#ptlife#gymlife#consistency#energised#startyourlife
😀Be a Blessing👏
“When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.” — Maya Angelou
Thanksgiving is a holiday that helps us acknowledge all of the amazing things that we have in life. We can be surrounded by our friends, family, and the best food of the year. It is hard to not love this holiday. In Thanksgiving we receive a lot: from sweet potato pies to turkey legs, friends coming with desserts to family coming with love, and the list goes on. It is easy to accept those things, but we also always have the opportunity to give cheerfully. Sometimes that will look like compliments on your favorite filling dish, but sometimes it looks like providing filling a need for a meal. For our Thanksgiving workouts on Thursday, 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM, we are accepting donations canned food donations as payment for our workout class.
The most needed foods are:
Tuna, canned meat, peanut butter, soup, chili, beans, cereal, canned fruit and vegetables, and whole grain oats.
Last year we donated a whopping, 436 lbs. We are aiming for 500 lbs this year.
As gymnasts we make pretty good cyclists!
