Did you know that the Queen of Spain is an absolute fan of Ria avarca sandals ? During this years photo shoot with the press at their summer palace in Marivent, Queen Leticia wore a flat yute belonging to Ria's summer collection.
DAY 5: TODAY WAS A DAY.
I had a rough start to the day. I couldn't get out of bed this morning. I was up all night with unstoppable tears. My mom completely dismissed my anxiety last night, and it made me feel crazy.
But I got out of bed and went to class. And the rest of the day was great. I couldn't focus in my classes, but oh well.
One thing you might not know about me is that I'm a competitive water skier. Today I got to take the team boat out for a few hours with my teammates. It was so relaxing and carefree.
I am so calm on the water. If only it wasn't the second to last day of summer.... I am so not ready for it to get cold in the Midwest.

DAY 4: LET'S TALK ABOUT MEDS BABY 💊
I take an SSRI. I started at 10mg, then 20mg, now 40mg.
There are days when this little white pill can "fix" it. Then days it works for a while then I can feel it wear off. Or the good old days where it just doesn't do sh*t.
Today was a half on half off day for me. I had an exam at 7:15 tonight in chemistry. I get terrible test anxiety. I was up late last night, and was busy all day so I didn't have time to feel anxious until I was just waiting around for test time.
During my exam I felt my Apple Watch vibrate multiple times. I got 5 calls from someone. It jolted my anxiety to the front of my mind. I couldn't focus. I had a terrible feeling that something bad happened.
Fast forward an hour and I finally got to check my phone. I called the person back and it was nothing serious. Thank goodness!! But I couldn't get this feeling of anxiety and annoyance out of my head.
I have an appointment with my Dr. in a few weeks.... any suggestions on what I should talk to her about? Treatments you have tried that have helped? Quick acting meds for those times I need it?
She is new to my case because Dr. Mom (my biological mother is a doctor) has been dealing with my anxiety. There haven't been open lines of communication which is why I am seeking outside help.
