TIP: wear black on cardio day 🖤
Yesterday, I was severely hungover and didn’t manage to exercise or eat healthy all weekend... this morning I thought it would be a good idea to do cardio and sweat out all of the crap I put into my body. Unfortunately, I’m still dehydrated and wasn’t able to push myself that hard.

After 15mins on the treadmill I was feeling a bit dizzy with a headache. I took a wee break to stretch, followed by a light 20mins cycling and a 10min incline walk. I managed to burn 485 calories in total so I’m feeling very happy with my effort!

Gosh I needed that stretch tonight! The Pigeon is my all time favorite stretch. I’ve heard it said a million times, but stretching is just as important as the workout. After a rest day yesterday and then stretching today, I’m ready to kill it tomorrow morning! 👊🏼💜
Do you make sure to do a cool down and some good stretching?

so 8 days in on my reverse diet aaaaaand it’s been okay . my lifts are 💯 and so is cardio ! it’s just the nutrition part .... I wish i could be more adherent but it’s terribly hard to not overeat / snack when I don’t have a show in mind 😕 it’s okay tho , issssa lifestyle and I’m just tryna find my balance 💮 #selfiesunday

Since when does BEING FIT = ABLE TO INSPIRE?! Inspiring others doesn't mean we always have our shit together! It doesn't mean we have abs, perfect muscle tone or perfect eating habits! I struggle, believe me I struggle and that's what makes me relatable. But guess what? I AM HERE TO HELP!
Imagine the ripple effect when one person helps change another persons life and then the next person helps another.
We don't need the FITTEST people in the world to inspire, we need normal people that have been positively impacted by nutrition and fitness.

Don’t get me wrong... Duke is my ride or die, number one lover pup. But this pretty girl is my first born and will always have my heart. She did amazing on her first full hike off the leash today (5 challenging miles)... including her first unintended underwater submergence and swim. She was attentive and responsive which was especially impressive with Cory’s absence.
She might be a city pup but she loves the mountains as much as her mom does! 🐾❤️ What a great way to cap off her ‘birthday’ weekend!

This is my one of best friends @reesor_aesthetics; I’ve known this guy for years, went to the same school forever, won State Championships in wrestling together, and one of the most driven individuals I know.
I barely get to see this guy because he is stationed away, serving his country in the Navy.
Love him like a brother and can’t wait until he’s off duty and we are gonna hop on that stage together and start competing 💪🏻
