Doing a lot of single leg today. My knee was a bit irritated 🔥and nothing better than singles followed by a lot of foam rolling. Great exercise for Patello femoral pain syndrome and knee strengthening. Use the band on the opposite side for more engagement. #singleleg#balance#functionaltraining
My journey is about gains and loss, but mostly gains. Strength gains ✔️ Healthy gains ✔️ mobility and flexibility gains ✔️ energy gains ✔️ I have found a groove and while this is just the beginning and I don't expect to be at my target fitness level until the end of the summer I am thrilled with the progress. I've gained knowledge about how and when to eat and supplements. Shredz supplements are a foundational part of what I am doing. They are a big part of my transformation and I want to share that with others. I am a 43 year old father that felt certain things regarding my physique would never be possible. Now I am feeling the sky is the limit and nothing is impossible. By the end of the summer I am going to be more physically fit than I've been since high school. You can achieve the same and Shredz can help. Contact me and let's start or ramp up your fitness journey. Whatever your goals are we can help you achieve them. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS!!!
That's what life is all about. The freedom to make your own choices, good or bad, that pave the road in front of you throughout your journey that is life. Choices are critical to your success, as different situations you encounter will require different choices in order to achieve the maximum and the best results.
When it comes to pre-workouts @1stphorm gives you the choices you need in order to pick the pre-workout that works best for you and your specific workout/programming. I use 2 different types of pre-workouts that 1st Phorm offers, as my regimen and workouts are extremely and consistently varied. Just one may be perfect for your specific needs, or maybe both depending on your programming and training regimen. Regardless there's certainly one of these that just right for you!
It's important to know that pre-workouts are not directly making you stronger or healthier, but they do directly impact your work output on the field, in the gym, or in the box, during which you can achieve better results/workouts, getting you stronger and healthier. Helping you to push out those extra reps, go that extra mile literally, give you that boost and jolt of energy you need to say "let's fucking do this". That's
what pre-workouts can and will do for you.
There's MegaWatt V2 - giving you caffeine, creatine, and that burst of energy you need to start, and conquer, any workout. I use this in the morning to wake my ass up and knock out my core workouts, as well as in the afternoon before any strength training I do to get me amped to bang out those heavy reps/sets.
Then there's ALPHACre HD - it contains no stimulants, but has beta alanine and Creatine in it, helping increase muscular endurance and longevity of output while training. I use this before any CrossFit style workout, WOD, or metabolic condition where every second, every breath, and every rep counts.

HUMPDAY 🐫🐫 ...more like humpSLAY am I right?? 😅 .
I had a great back workout today after convincing myself to even workout at all. USUALLY I'm hyped to go to the gym but some days I'm just NOT feeling it. Today was one of those days. I even got into the car with my husband at 5:00 this morning to go to the gym and immediately decided I wanted to sleep instead and GOT BACK OUT OF THE CAR. Ridiculous. .
I made it to the gym after all that, which means so can you 💪🏼💪🏼❤️
