So thankful and feeling the love today with FaceTime calls from my family and friends. Played a new Yoga playlist this morning and got in deep stretches, booty work and ran through few yoga poses & plank holds. As EXCITING as this journey has been,  why did my past Anxieties try to steal my JOY of this day??!!!.

馃This one is an ancient ninja secret that I learned  while studying Kenpo (karate) as a wee lad. It鈥檚 awesome for improving focus, body awareness, control, balance, reaction, and coordination...all really important stuff not just for martial arts, but living life as a squishy human. All of that stuff plays a role in injury prevention, which is a good thing to consider if longevity is a goal.

馃幆The objective is to knock your partner off balance by either finding a weak spot and literally pushing them so they lose their footing; OR acquiesce to the force that they鈥檙e putting into trying to push you over so they lose their footing before you do. To intensify it, try it on one leg, while moving, with your eyes closed, or some combination thereof. Make it your own, because who else can own your body and your fitness but you?

We are doing "My BIG Vision - Vision Board" Workshop this weekend as a BONUS for all VIP Inner Circle and Online LIVE Interactive Group Class Members...... why? Because I truly believe that the visual of beautiful photos, words and colours can be amazing! Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do!

Q: What should I put on my vision board?
A: Anything that inspires and motivates you. The purpose of your vision board is to bring everything on it to life. First, think about what your goals are in the following areas: relationships, career and finances, home, travel, personal growth (including spirituality, social life, education) and health. ** We will actually be doing a pre-workshop exercise to go over these ideas. 
Q: Should I have one main vision board, or a bunch of small ones for different areas of my life?
A: It鈥檚 totally up to you. What makes the most sense in your life? I personally like to have one central vision board that I look at every day. BUT if you need a few all around (your office, the car, the bathroom - Go for it!) Q: How often should I redo my vision board?
A: Whenever it feels right. I often redo my board every December. I give the board a total refresh to get clear about what I want in the new year. Some things stay and some have served their purpose and don鈥檛 make the cut.

I鈥檓 officially into week 3 of my program and my challenge group. It has been amazing! It is so great to have support from some awesome ladies who are wanting to better themselves.

I wasn鈥檛 suppose to weigh in until 30 days in, but we got a new scale so I thought I鈥檇 give it a try! Today I weighed in and I am 1.6 pounds from my prebaby weight. So within just two weeks I lost 2.4 pounds. So my next goal will to be to lose those 1.6 pounds in 2 weeks and then set some new CRAZY goals for Phase 2.

Totaling it up from Month 1 and doing my first program, within 4 months, I have lost 15.4 pounds! And that鈥檚 from showing up and NEVER missing a Monday! .
