They promise shortcuts and quick fixes. They provide that for 2-4 weeks and then you end up back to square one pretty soon.

I've spent the past few days feeling really uncomfortable in my own skin, really frustrated with being sick, and ready to jump on here and talk about how bleh I've been feeling.🙄 Then I realized it's about time I snap out of it.🤘 I forget sometimes how lucky I am to be where I am, who I am, and do what I do. I'm usually the girl who's kind of just in love with being alive, and it's honestly the best feeling in the world so I'm gonna get back to doing that.😋🤗 Sometimes we drift, sometimes we get pulled away unknowingly from the path we were on. Sometimes it just takes a quick reality check and a decision to reset our mindset and get back to killing the game 😉🤙 Life's short, let's make it a good one. ✌️Love y'all to pieces 💜

Better later then ever. Day 9: I was nominated by my friend to do 22 pushups a day for 22 days to raise awareness for veterans suffering from PTSD. On average, 22 military veterans commit suicide each day. Even one is too many. This will not solve the problem, but is a way to raise awareness. My nominee today is @_tattedninja The rules are simple:
1. Once nominated, your challenge starts the following day.
2. Every day, record yourself doing 22 pushups, however you can do them. Assisted, with breaks, etc.
3. Every day, nominate a new person for the challenge.
4. Have fun!
For fun, I am going to do my single leg pushups.
