I prepped my veg and chicken for the week but due to being picky I'm finding I'm loving on chicken dinners! As much as I love them I want some variety haha. I'm looking for simple ideas that are quick... I have broccoli, cauli and carrot prepped but can easily add peppers. Any ideas out there???

Three words to describe Highlite are Motivating/Results/Friends
I love that Highlite has turned into such a community based gym. It's always a fun social event with extreme exercise thrown in! The members are one of the main things that makes the gym so good. They encourage me to not only turn up but be excited to go. The results from the classes are second to none. Every session is different and hard (yet achievable) and suitable for all fitness levels. The trainers are encouraging, motivational and supportive. Fun and good looking also! Lol.
It was my birthday yesterday!! 🎉🎉🎉 So many lovely treats from my family and friends, an amazing dinner and a few glasses of wine. Honestly, it felt so nice to actually want photos taken on my birthday! And to look through them and the only problem be that too many of them were blurry! 😅 Not that I thought my face looked fat, or my thighs, my arms, everything... it was nice to put on a pretty playsuit and actually feel good about myself. 29 is going to be a good year. ❤️
