Completed my first virtual 5k today.
Not gonna lie, the medal was a huge factor in deciding to do this. I liked this because I was able to do it on my own time.
I've been battling some darkness the last few weeks, and haven't been feeling the greatest. Sometimes you have to force yourself out of it. Today I was still in bed at about 11am, not feeling my best, and that little voice crept up and said "get up". And I did.
