Day 2 of Gratitude’s got us just like 🤗🤗🤗 thinking about how cool it is that Açaí even exists. It’s basically a unicorn fruit because it has ZERO naturally occurring sugars and healthy omegas. 🍁Although it is not fall here in sunny South Africa (ok...it’s overcast today 😔), I couldn’t help feel a little tempted by Pumpkin Season, coveted by images of autumn leaves and all-spice cookies.
🍂I came up something that we could enjoy too, by using steamed pumpkin, coconut flour, cashews and spices to create a moist sugar-free bread! Mmm...🧡 the smell of cloves and cinnamon!
We went to the #riccartonfarmersmarket today to hunt down our new favourite #allergyfriendly joint @utopiaice 🍦 Miss 3 got to try waffles for the first time ever! I’ll leave it up to you to decide if she loved them haha 😆She had her #vegan#waffles with vegan coconut and blackcurrant icecream...so good! I am SO SO grateful to businesses like this putting their heart and soul on the line to cater for minority groups...thank you thank you thank you!
