This is the reason why I work as hard as I do. This little girl, my whole family is all that really matters. I will work as hard, and as long as I have to to ensure they are taken care of. I will teach them what hard work is and that they need to work if they want things in this world. They are my legacy and what drives me to push harder everyday. What drives you?
Which one are you? The first one or the second one?

Throwback to this rainy day mission with the boys☔️ | pc @paytonmulleitner
PULL-UPS: I have a love-hate relationship with pull ups. I love em cuz they are so dang good for ya, but I hate em cuz they are so dang hard cuz ya girl is thiccck (bottom half of you know what I mean 🍑) However, I have been making a point to do them after EVERY upper body day just to get better at them. Just a few months ago it was a struggle to do ONE! Now I can do sets of FOUR with hardly any struggle! 💃🏼 I usually do as many sets of 3-4 unassisted reps as I can until I cannot do them any longer and then I do 2-3 banded (assisted) sets of 8-10 reps! This has helped me a ton in trying to increase my pull up strength!! I hope it can help you out as well! My goal is to get 10 unassisted by my birthday (February 26th) 💃🏼 If you can believe it you can achieve it my friends, get after it! I hope you all had an amazing day ❤️
Easy Chicken Alfredo Penne
1. In a pan over medium-high heat, melt butter, then add the chicken breast.
2. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook 8-10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Remove from heat and set chicken aside.
3. In the same pan over medium heat, melt butter and add the garlic. Cook until the garlic begins to soften.
4. Add half of the flour to the garlic and butter, stirring until incorporated. Then add the rest of the flour and stir.
5. Pour in the milk a little bit at a time, stirring well in between, until fully incorporated and sauce begins to thicken.
6. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil, and stir well to incorporate.
7. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
8. Pour the sauce over cooked penne pasta, add the chicken and mix well.
9. Add parsley and extra parmesan, and mix again.
Where is your happy place? 😊-
🔹In the gym? 🔹 At work? 🔹Home?
🔹Family? 🔹Being with friends?-
All these factors play a huge part in affecting your overall mindset to how daily life is approached.-
For me personally, I love training as it’s my place where the world is not. No disturbances, no drama and an awesome environment! -
Yesterday was the first time my body said no to training in a while, feeling gutted about the session. Not being able to put everything I have into maximising training pains me greatly. -
Putting off yesterday and today’s maybe even tomorrow’s training is my own decision, not anyone else’s. I’m not prepared to risk weeks of training especially this time of year when sticking to a diet can be harder. -
Understanding how you’re feeling and getting yourself into an environment which you love should be something that you constantly strive towards. Then work towards putting a system together that allows a mixer of happy environments.-
Trying to avoid stressful environments and negative people will be one of the best decisions you can make. Not having to be pressured into doing anything your uncomfortable with and remove yourself from awkward situations which really has no benefit to you! -
Learning to say NO and actually making a stand for yourself is a massive step forward, all within reason. Don’t cut out friends and family and miss out on fun occasions, just be sensible and appreciate who you have round you. As you never know when you really may need them! -
Stay happy people 😊
2nd time doing box squats and they're still feeling a little off, but I'm sure I'll get there eventually. Really helping the drive from the bottom as well as staying tight all the way through!
This was supposed to be 7 reps, but I obviously can't count passed 6. 🤷♂️
