10 day #Transformation update: this is our lunch. When I say our - it's me and my three littles. Yup, they typically eat what I eat. (I do supplement with cauliflower crust pizza and pasta when the occasion calls...keeping it real) This is important to me because Im not glued to the kitchen. Less food waste. Less money spent. I want my kids to eat real and clean food. Eating together is communion and we are all taking in together. Often there is resistance to doing any cleanse/detox because of the idea of making something separate for the family. My kids have been along the ride and craving and loving the greens we are having. Sauted kale in the morning with avocado. Creamy soups and berries for lunch. They even ask for the green Purium shake for a snack. So... In the last 6 days not only I have been eating cleaner, so have my kids, and we've been eating together. And can I say this... We have the best conversations at the table together. And then, we do our best to clean up together. This cleanse has radically shifted some habits of ours around the table and I'm so grateful. Sidenote and #momtip , for those of you who get the pleasure of being near me know that I eat a raw clove of garlic daily. Garlic is an amazing gift to give to yourself daily to support your systems. I rub it on toast (sprouted/Ezekiel bread) with olive oil (get funky and top with an avocado) to get it in my kids. Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food. #vegan#raw#garlic#foodie#cleaneating#mom#purium#healthismywealth#family#familydinner
We are almost one year since we did a near 180 degree turn on diet. This breakfast wrap is still a major part of my daily routine. Filled with “good stuff” that helps the body function better. It’s a garlic egg feta wrap with ranch dressing.
