Can you spot a flirty lady winking? By the way if you happen around Turin, you must visit Venaria Reale, such a dreamy place!
See the big, rocky hole in the ground behind me? That lead to a cold, pitch black cave🌑 where the only “trail” was one inch reflectors placed every five feet or so. And those only shined if you directed your headlamp right at them.🔦 I was SO scared, but guess what? I did it! And it was fun and amazing and spooky and such a great memory! I don’t think I’ll become a professional caver anytime soon, but I’m glad I tried it!🧗🏼♀️🙌🏻🎉 // Do you have any memories where you were hesitant to participate but loved it afterwards?
Affirmations and mantras have been a big part of my self love journey. They instantly help me feel reconnected and grounded. I have them written all over my journals and they alert me on my phone. & yes I'm that serious about my affirmations! I can honestly say that they have changed my life and the way I run my business.
They have changed my thought process, the way I connect, and the way I react to certain situations.
Here's my all time favorite one. ✨Repeat after me: "I allow, align and accept the Divine plan. Because I love myself, I forgive myself, thank you Universe"
How does that make you feel? Good, right!? Empowered even?
Keep your head up high and smile as you repeat your affirmations.
What is your go to mantra or affirmation that you live by? 👇🏽#mindsetiseverything 📸 by @chris.tvs
150 ft below the surface, water cuts through the limestone, creating the natural wonder of Maligne Canyon. This spot is rushing with water throughout the summer but in the winter it slowly freezes and you are able to climb down and experience the canyon from a different perspective. Jasper is beyond my wildest dreams!
😍❤🌅INDIA🕉🌴🌳🇮🇳 TRANSCENDENTAL is the word that comes to mind. This country easily robbed my heart. The colors, the hospitality, the culture. I lost and found myself on a daily basis here But also, this country deeply saddened me. For a country that worships a thousand Goddesses and believes in the slogan “An educated man is an educated man but an educated woman is an educated family”, I’m appalled at the general insensitivity towards women. How can one single country be so full of love, good, true hearted people, bring to mind such a deep sense of peacefulness and yet make women feel somewhat of a lesser being. I've never been to a country before where I felt so extremely different just for the fact that I'm a WOMAN. I can’t go out in shorts and crop tops in most of India, I’m constantly being mansplained, I’m EXPECTED to carry myself like a Victorian Era Woman. I consider myself fortunate that apart from intensive staring from men for the course of a couple of hours or some touching here and there, nothing uncomfortable happened to me! I'm extremely thankful and grateful for that. Such a sad irony though, to be grateful for being ‘just’ groped. But I hear so many stories from woman, local and international who got abused and harassed in the worst ways.
With this post I wanna reach out to every single woman in the world who has ever had to go through some sort of similar experience and say sorry in the name of the universe. In the same breath I would like to add that to not miss out on the experience that is India. Cos for every single bad experience I had, I’ve had 10 magical ones.
An unexpected two hour delay in Keflavik this morning meant @amanda_brynne & I missed our connection from Oslo to Bergen. On the positive side the Lord answered our prayers and kept us safe with the plane’s mechanics issue being found while we were still on the ground and not over the Atlantic. And a second positive is I got to see a gorgeous sunset from the Oslo airport that I might have missed otherwise.
When I'm with you all I get is Wildhaus. 🇨🇭
This is not a black and white picture.
Island hopping on a pirate boat today🐒
Lobster. Did you ever tried? This was my first.
The oceanic whitetip shark (Carcharhinus longimanus), is a large pelagic requiem shark inhabiting tropical and warm temperate seas. Its stocky body is most notable for its long, white-tipped, rounded fins.
Good morning! I took yesterday off from my Instagram. However, I was at work & they are removing the small building that was used for storage & had taken the roof off. I happened to look out the window & saw this wonderful mural which I immediately had to go photograph because they are tearing it down.... it’s kind of breaking my heart! It was painted in ‘85 by Jim Mehmlkuhl & has been hidden in a building used for storage for no one to see for who knows how long & now it’s being torn down- so I had to share them especially since I love a good mural!
Had an amazingly resourcing weekend in Taman Negara, hiking and exploring the rainforest with @sndwichmnkey🌴
We just had our fountain re- tiled & the pool is open & ready for you!
Walking around the canton, Swiss cheesin' 😬
Auckland's starting to feel a bit like Santorini now. Summer full blast with relentless 🌞 i miss feeling like I'm at the edge of the world, where there's only deep blue sea endlessly 😣
I remember standing at the entrance gate, waiting for that elusive five-second window of people clearing out the lobby so I can get a clean shot of the ceiling. I was really gunning for a shot wider than this one.
Two minutes. No sign of the crowd getting any smaller. I took a few practice shots so I’ll know what to do once my five-second window arrives — bend over a little, point my camera at an angle, settings fixed, listen for the beep.
Five minutes. There’s still a few people left and they were all standing right in front of me, taking selfies.
I looked around and I suddenly realized, I wasn’t the only one waiting for that window. From someone else’s perspective, I’m that girl standing right at the middle and ruining his shot.
So I bent over a little, pointed my camera a bit higher from how I rehearsed it, and I clicked as soon as I heard the beep, trusting that it will turn out ok after a few adjustments.
I didn’t get my five-second window, but it’s better than knowing I ruined someone else’s chance just because I stood there longer than I should have. #MemoriesOfSaigon
Something we would have never expected on the hills around inle lake is a old school vineyard. The wine tasting was a lot of fun and the view was amazing. Despite the fact that, especially the red wine, was not a glass from the most exquisite collection, the experience was great. #wine#scenery#vineyard#inlelake#pixeltheglobe#blondieandcurly
