Finally did some activism ☮️ it was so sad watching chickens be sent to slaughter. It's tough being there but worth it to see what's really going on. We may not be able to stop them from dying, but each person that goes vegan really does make a difference. 🌱✌🏼
It's been a long week and all I can think about is how much food can I eat. Haha. But I'm very hungry today, I can say that I've had two breakfasts, lunch and a snack and if you knew me you would know I'm a three meals a day kinda girl but nope. Today I've got the munchies so bad. But ohh well - I'm an advocate of the terms 'balance' and 'listen to your body' so hence why I'm eating to satisfy myself today. Plus I'm enjoying it.

Dinner is this huge salad. Ingredients: •3 purple cabbage leafs •2 celery stems •Handful of French cut carrots •1/2 larger cucumber •Handful of steamed broccoli •1/2 cup of rice •3 Tbsp of Peanut Thai dressing
Good morning sunday!🦋✨🌿🌸 We started our day with a delicious bowl of maca oats👆 and avocado toasts🥑 before our last day at work this summer👋🏻☀️🌿 A tip is to add cardamom, cinnamon and maca powder from #goforlife_se which you can find at @svenskhalsokost together with mashed banana in your oats, it's a winning combo!🙌🏻✨
