Моя цель 65 кг, сейчас около 70))) Марафон длится до 24 декабря. Несколько раз в неделю буду делиться своим прогрессом, и надеюсь что теперь, когда я пообещала это сделать не только себе, мне будет легче!)))
Following the line of previous series modifying everyday use structures I went to my village looking for rethinking “old goals”. Since I was child I have been living surrounded by goals, in my school they were small, symmetric, made of iron, red and white, almost all people played some game using them. I thought in the high school goals would be different but the only thing that it changes was the colour, same size, same weight, same shape but blue and white, all my friends kept playing using them as a goal.
When I went to the university, goals weren’t so evident, you should go to a specific place in the university to find them, although they kept being identical than in my school and the high school.
After I finished my degree goals weren’t surrounding me anymore, you should take your time to look for them.
I think it’s good, once in a while, rethink about goals, here you can find the result of my last quest.

**Small Changes OR A Complete Life Overhaul** Should you small chunk your way to success or just throw the whole kitchen sink at your goals?
Choosing one small habit at a time and gradually piecing it all together to form a fine collage has the advantage that one change at a time is easy to stick to and not too overwhelming
But on the other hand, if you are just sick and tired of being in a certain place then there might be enough drive for you to make one big leap.
In reality the choice is yours, but being honest with yourself and the time and energy you can invest is also important.
You will feel so much better about your progress if you set yourself goals that are manageable.
If you are a mother with a family, then going to the gym every night of the week just isn't really going to be an option. It might be more realistic to set the goal of doing a couple of at home circuits a couple of evenings each week after the kids have gone to bed, or taking one class a week as some "me time"
If you are a foody like me, then saying your not going to eat another piece of chocolate or slice of pizza for the next year just aint going to happen.
If I was to say I am not going to eat Ben & Jerry's again for the next 6 months, I would likely fail and then I would feel bad about it.
Seeing success is important especially in the beginning.
Whether you choose small changes or more substantial ones, just make sure you are giving yourself the chance to succeed.
Seeing success early on is incredibly important for your motivation going forward.
