You! Yes You, Instead of thinking about how many calories you eat, you might want to consider the 'source' of those calories. For example, if you eat 500 calories of ice cream vs 500 calories of bananas, you might expect to have a different amount of energy, a different feeling in your belly, and you might even be in a different mood.
Of course, how you feel about your food -- along with what you put in your mouth -- is super important. You see, if you feel food is nourishing you, it will have an increased nourishing effect; likewise, if you feel food is bad for you, it's more likely to have a consequential response in your body.
A calorie is not a calorie is not a calorie. It's important you understand the term 'nutrient density' and how this applies to you and your weight loss goals. By learning to eat foods your body can metabolize, use for energy, and also use for muscle repair, you are shortcutting your fat loss goals and making your life easier. To be continued..... Sent to you with love, honor, and in service.. Yours sincerely the heroes wanted aka fireman Sam #Revelation From the Throne of Grace

Makayla didn't have school today so we started the day by writing letters to God! Thanking Him for today and for everything we have!
Philippians 4:6&7 tells us:
not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus
God is SO GOOD! appreciating the hustle they put in.
This is The Peculiar One. He is a Godly man shining here in the streets of Hollywood spreading good cheer and joy. His sister makes gorgeous bracelets with the good news and he sells it! As beautiful, glamorous, and flashy as it looks in Hollywood it smells like urine and rotten eggs everywhere lol. Those with eyes will see, with open ears will hear, and with an open heart will recieve!
Rejection is the natural repellant to unauthorized connections and territories.
We must mature and understand that rejection has the power to save us from sentences we don't desire to serve.
Rejection is a propeller that takes us to the place of potent potential! It's an agent that guards and saves our substance from the devour.
The moment we embrace rejection, is the moment we align with our predestined course to living a rewarding life.
If you look at this picture closely you will see that we have 6 pumpkins on our front porch. No, I am not pregnant, but I do have a very sweet story to share. When Caleb and I went to the pumpkin patch, he helped me choose one pumpkin for each member of our family. The two big ones are for mommy and daddy (mine is the one with the longer stem or as Caleb says, "the long hair") 😂 and the two medium sized are for Caleb and Joshua. When we were done picking out these, Caleb said, "and one more for Madelyn." I love how he always remembers her and loves doing things for her. Just the sweetest. After we chose one, he said, "let's get one more, mommy." At first, I reminded him that would be six, and we have five in our family. I asked him why, and he couldn't really say. But it was just a tiny pumpkin, and looking down at his big eyes I couldn't say no. As we were leaving, it hit me. This was our hope pumpkin. I said, "Caleb, did you want one more for another baby?" He said yes. So, he will now name who all the pumpkins are for, and when he talks about the smallest one, he says, "that's our hope pumpkin. For our hope baby." God speaks in miraculous ways, and it's the most precious gift of all when He speaks through our children. And, there is something so powerful that happens to the spirit when you commit an act of faith in the flesh. Yes, it is a tiny pumpkin, but it is so much bigger then that. It is a declaration of our faith and the cry of our family's heart. We are claiming that God is good and that He will bring beauty from ashes and He will make all things new. No child will ever replace Madelyn. She is our first born little girl, and always will be. And the home she has in our hearts is her own, and can't ever be occupied by anyone else. But, we do have hope. We do claim that God will provide. He has walked with us hand in hand through the valley. Now, as we look ahead and see a mountain, He is there too, arms stretched wide and waiting. And He is telling us to claim it. #hope#newbeginnings#godspeaks#children#childrenareagift#godiswithus#beautyfromashes#hillsandvalleys#mountainsandvalleys#handinhand#fall#pumpkins#joyinthewaiting
Hey friends of TNF! We have a Mighty Men week in Montana starting this Friday (Oct 20). Please pray for the men, their families and the leaders as we embark on a week of going deeper as sons, resting, adventure and fellowship. The week will be opposed by the enemy so pray for protection, against spirits that would hamper the guys movement and pray for the power of the Father to be unleashed!! Thank you!!
Next time before you scratch your head and question "O God why me?" Or you ask "why cant i be like him/her?" I want u to ask yourself "what have I sown in my life?" because the Bible says
"Whatever a man sows, he will reap in return(Galatians 6:7)". Is it a hurtful word or selfish deed or laziness or procrastination or not working hard enough or nor praying enough or eating too much or drinking too much or whatever it is that you knew you should not have done that gave you the result you do not wish to have in your life. Remember (as said in the bible), "No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit.
Each tree is recognized by its own fruit. People do not pick figs from thornbushes, or grapes from briers.
A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.
Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say? (Luke 6:43 -46)" #dowhatthelordsays#godwantstohelpyou#dothework#livethetalk#walkthewalk#godsgrace#godslovewedeliver#godspeaks#verseoftheday#travelpicsdaily#traveldiaries#travelpics#qotd#dailyquotes
Tonight many of us met to learn more and practice hearing God’s voice. I’m so grateful for a God that still speaks to us today. I’m excited to spend more time with my Heavenly Father and see our relationship flourish! “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.”
John 10:27-28 ESV “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
Hebrews 10:24-25 ESV #godspeaks#listening#hearinggodsvoice
Before I closed my journal tonight, one final thought forced its way through my hands and onto the paper "run towards discomfort. Your freedom lies there." I then, opened The Book of She to a random page, where this message greeted me.
New moon is coming up. Time to move into a new cycle of growth.
Thankful to be at a place that brings peace and rest. You are a good good Father!! “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.””
Matthew 11:28-30 MSG. #406
I was invited to a meeting of leaders in a Christian organization, and the Lord urged me to encourage them to model listening to God.
As in, before making decisions or giving advice, first pray together with the person(s) who will be affected and ask God what He wants to say or do.
And before reading the Bible to a group of Christians, ask each one gathered to pray, "Lord, what do You want to say to me through Your Word today?"
This moves the interaction from horizontal: "I wonder what this guy's going to make me do," or "I wonder what he's going to tell me about God today," ... to vertical: "What does God want to do?" and "God, what do You want to say to me today?"
Praying before we make decisions places us in the position to walk in the Lord's leading, rather than leaning on our own understanding or someone else's. Proverbs 3:5-6, John 5:19, 10:27. And when we model it before our children and others we lead, it helps them also learn to walk in the Spirit.
But wow, the Christian leaders argued back:
"You just say that, Mikaela, because you believe God speaks!"
"Our people are already close to God!"
"What? You don't believe God speaks through leaders?"
"Well, there's a hole in that, because if we ask people to listen to God, they'll come up with all kinds of crazy things!"
"Well, the Baptists... And the Pentecostals..."
I was the only leader never invited to a leadership meeting again.

You have to know God create you to be loved, cherished and spoken to in a rightful manner. In order to be spoken to with kindness by someone else you have to speak kindness to yourself. We accept from others what we think of ourselves. It’s time to see yourself as God does. Say something positive to yourself every day starting now.
