While y’all are tucking into your #Thanksgiving turkey 🦃, this expat is tucking into these little things. I had some leftover chickpeas so instead of doing something healthy with them, I fried the buggers in olive oil, and tossed them with smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic powder and Himalayan pink salt.

Crockpot buffalo chicken: so easy to make I just added 1/2 cup hot sauce, 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, 1/4 cup coconut milk & 2 tbsp flour (to thicken) let it cook in a crockpot & shred with a fork once cooked ✨
Quinoa salad with mixed veggies, purple cabbage, corn & black beans ✨
Add your fav spices (I used garlic powder, paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes) + your fav source of healthy phat & you’re good to go! Amazing sources of protein, carbs & fibre in this meal! Ain’t nobody got time for a sad desk lunch 🙅🏻♀️
