If you asked me 10 years ago what I thought about guacamole, I would have said, "Ew." Now that I've made homemade guac a couple times, I can't get enough of it! 😂 .
Avocados are beneficial especially you're trying to lose weight because it keeps you feeling full longer!! Plus it has GOOD fats and has low calories so if you're into the keto diet, this is the perfect fruit for you. 🥑🥑🥑 Eating an avocado a day may keep the doctor away 😉
Guacamole every day! 🥑 🇲🇽 I miss good guac so much in Asia. I think it's become my favorite food, replacing cheesecake which I can no longer eat anyway. Good avocados are so amazing! I know they are high in (good) fats but that isn't something I think I need to worry about right now. I'm stuffing my face with avocados while I'm here. 😋😃
