My few rotations on this earth have taught me that managing yourself is the distinguishing factor! Those who underestimate their weakness and overestimate their strength will have a tough time growing and shifting into greatness. 💪🏻💯 Ring muscle ups were a very challenging component of crossfit for me when I started. Who knows why? So I neglected them because I hate being bad at things. Months down the track it came up in a workout and I decided that if I want to be a world class athlete one day, I’m going to need a world class work ethic.
Today, I’m not a muscle up guru but I sure as hell can get them out if it comes into a workout. My challenge to you, is to manage yourself well. Greatness is habitual.
