🍳First off, absolutely stock up on the above foods. They are all pretty cheap, have a solid shelf life and give you all the nutrients you need when trying to gain muscle. Opt for the less popular brand names and you’ll make it even cheaper for yourself.

👀Look for the sales, think smart, and even buy cheaper stuff and freeze it.

😁Protein powder isn’t a must, and you might think it’s expensive. But it really isn’t when you break it down and compare it to having to buy a ridiculous amount of whole food protein sources all the time. It will serve you well over the long term & work out cheaper.

🍫 The milk chocolate bar has a whooping 44g carbs, 41g sugar only 2g fiber and 370 calories! The dark chocolate bar shown on the other hand had 13g carbs, 6g sugar, 5g fiber & 250 calories. With dark chocolate, you’ll feel fuller faster with the add fiber & won’t go through such a big insulin spike & crash.

🌽 Vegetable oil and canola oils are highly processed, heated, bleached, refined and deodorized. The hight heat these oils go through have negative impact on the healthy compounds in the oils & are stripped of much of their omega-3 fatty acids in the processing. Extra Virgin Olive oil is produced by cold pressing and doesn’t use chemicals for refinement & also avoids high heat treatment, leaving it full of heart healthy fats.

Olive oil is not only delicious, it is very healthy when consumed properly.

The sad fact is that most olive oils imported from Spain, Greece, Italy or elsewhere into the United States is diluted with copious amounts of dangerously unhealthy canola oil and other questionable vegetable oils. 
This fact makes the olive oil you consume most likely not pure and therefore a danger to your health .
If you want to know why vegetable oils are bad for you, read my previous post about them.

Many  undercover investigations have proven that the imported olive oil you buy at your supermarket is fake, meaning it's not even close to pure because of its mixture with other cheaper oils.

The good news is that there are  local providers in California who produce the real thing if you're lucky enough to  find them. 
If you can find real olive oil, consume it cold because when you hear it up, it oxidizes and becomes carcinogenic.

If this is too much trouble to think about, just give it up.

Since puberty, I have always been the other girl. 95% of the time, I was completely unaware that the guy I thought I was dating, had a long term gf; and if I knew, his response was...she’s not my gf. I have been told things like, “you’re worth ruining my marriage”. Just today, a man approached me in his vehicle, while I was unloading the cart. He told me I was beautiful, I smiled and politely thanked him. Since he wasn’t pulling away, I told him that I’m married. He said, me too. I laughed because nothing surprising. Then he told me he had a little guy in the back. An infant. Awesome! Moral of the story, a man will do what he wants. Marriage and kids mean nothing if he truly didn’t want marriage or kids.

By now you know you can’t just out exercise a diet, so what you eat is the best course of action.

Ever try to reward youself for doing an hour of cardio? Well newsflash! The pie, pizza, dairy queen, or whatever treat you had completely negated any and all calories you just burned. Yep, that happens. 
So what does exercise do for your fatloss?

It’s a fact that lean mass burns more calories then fat mass, so this is where the fun comes in.

Start doing some strength training!

You’ll build muscle (no you won’t get bulky, or look like a man, or whatever other myths there are)

It helps get rid of the fat weight the more muscle you build. It will slow over the with the leaner you get but it’s worth it.

Being stronger never hurt anyone.

You don’t have to do grueling sessions – short and sweet with the right exercises will be perfect. Think of each session as depositing pennies in a piggy bank. Over time it’ll get better and better, so will you.

So couple this with a deficit you’re setting your self up with a real successful program.

I did this for myself, I’ve gotten a ton stronger and my body composition has changed ten fold
