This is how I think about my diet. I’m excited about what I eat because I know that I’m eating for the body I want. Although I would love to eat pizza and KFC every day, I’m happy to stick to a well thought out meal plan that’s realistic for my lifestyle and helps me reach my goal, which is to lose fat and grow some more muscle 💪🏼

In the past few weeks I’ve been increasing my protein intake to keep me fuller for longer and maintain my muscle mass, lowering fats, and increasing carbs because my body just seems to run better on higher carbs over fats. The results are showing and I think it’s amazing that I can make significant changes to my body by altering what I eat!

🍴 Batata doce; Shimeji com cebolinha e..
🍝 Carne de Soja à bolonhesa :

2 dentes de alho grandes picados;

1/2 cebola grande picada;

1 xícara de proteína de soja hidratada e escorrida;

300g de molho de tomate;

1/2 xícara  de água;

1/2 espiga de milho;

Sal, azeite e 1/2 limão.

Hidrate a proteína de soja em uma vasilha com o dobro de água e deixe de molho até ficar macia, o que geralmente leva 10-20 minutos. Escorra, lave bem (para tirar aquele gosto forte dela) e em seguida esprema muito bem.
 Em uma panela, coloque um fio de azeite e refogue os dentes de alho picados até dourar. Acrescente a cebola e refogue mais um pouco. Adicione a proteína de soja, tempere com sal a gosto e sumo de meio limão. Refogue até a soja ficar levemente dourada. Desta forma a proteína de soja ficará mais sequinha, e não borrachuda.🤓
Adicione o molho de tomate, a água e deixe ferver. Acrescente as azeitonas, milho, ervilha.. o que você quiser 🤗deixe cozinhando por uns 2 minutinhos e pronto💁

Jak wyglada u mnie przygotowywanie posiłków? 🤔🍴 zazwyczaj (czasami są wyjątki, kiedy mam wcześnie zajecia na uczelni) śniadanie jem w domu, wiec nie przygotowuje go wczesniej. Przygotowuje posiłek drugi i trzeci na wynos. Najczęściej wlasnie jest to jakaś kasza (bardziej smakuje mi zimna kasza niż np makaron) z mięsem, warzywami i dodatkiem tłuszczu. Robie sobie takie danie na dwa dni, czyli już jeden posiłek mam gotowy na dwa dni. A drugi posiłek z tych dwóch które robie na wynos 😀, robie najczęściej rano razem ze śniadaniem, a jest to albo omlet, albo jakieś płatki czy kasza, naleśnik/tortilla/placuszki. Kolacje również jem w domu. Nie jest to jak widać bardzo skomplikowane, a unikam zachodzenia do sklepu po jakieś pierdoły, bo złapie mnie głód i ochota na COŚ 😩 dlatego wlasnie bardziej odpowiadają mi 4 posiłki. Mniej kombinowania i łatwiej jest przygotować to bez czegos takiego, ze muszę zjesc przekąskę, na przykład owoc, po którym zaraz będę głodna, jeżeli nie skomponuje z niego pełnowartościowego posiłku razem z innymi składnikami.

Creamy butternut squash with tofu😛 •150 g pf butternut squash in cubes • 1/2 onion • 175 ml of vegetable broth • 125 g tofu • garlic powder • salt • black pepper. 
Heat skillet over medium heat. Press tofu between two paper towels to squeeze the water out. Fry it in the pan 5 min on each side. Peel squash and onion and cut everything into small pieces. Add to skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add broth. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until squash is soft. Let it cool slightly. Transfer the mixture to a blender puree the mixture until smooth.

Some sunshine in a form of a Butternut Squash pasta to combat this grey weather 😊 ☀️ #dailyantidote #bringonthesunshine
Heute musste es schnell gehen und ich habe einen leckeren Nudelauflauf zum Mittagessen für morgen gekocht 😋  Zutaten: - 250gr Nudeln (ich hatte tortigione) - 1,5 Paprika (rot) - 1 Zwiebel (fein gewürfelt). - 1 Knoblauchzehe (fein gewürfelt). - 500ml Wasser - 250ml Cremefine zum Kochen 7%. - 200gr Miree Paprika&Chili Frischkäse - 400gr Putengeschnetzeltes. - Milbona Gratinkäse leicht.  Zubereitung:  Nudeln mit der gewürfelten Paprika in eine Auflaufform geben. Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Pute in einer Pfanne scharf anbraten. Währenddessen Wasser im Topf erwärmen und Cremefine und den Frischhkäse einrühren und aufkochen lassen. Mit Salz, Oregano und Pfeffer abschmecken (ich persönlich verzichte komplett darauf noch Salz irgendwo hinzuzugeben 😁). Danach die Pute in die Auflaufform geben und die Soße darüber gießen. Käse drüber und ab in den Ofen bei 200C ca. 30 Minuten. 
Ich bekomme da 5 Portionen raus und bin gut satt danach. Als Nachtisch gibt es immer einen kleinen Naturjoghurt (1,5% Fett). Mit Salz, Oregano und Pfeffer abschmecken (ich persönlich verzichte komplett darauf noch Salz irgendwo hinzuzugeben 😁). Danach die Pute in die Auflaufform geben und die Soße darüber gießen. Käse drüber und ab in den Ofen bei 200C ca. 30 Minuten. Ich bekomme da 5 Portionen raus und bin gut satt danach. Als Nachtisch gibt es immer einen kleinen Naturjoghurt (1,5% Fett). Il me restait des "steaks" végétale mais plus de muffins anglais mais j'avais quand même envie de burger healthy ce midi 😏 du coup je me suis inspirée des belles idées de @annebarres qui a déjà révisité le Burger sous toutes ces formes 😍 moi j'ai craqué pour une version petite courgette ronde, tellement parfait 👌
