To make the tenders: Heat 1.5 TBSP ghee or coconut oil in a skillet. Rinse chicken and pat dry, then press both sides into a bowl of everything bagel seasoning (mine is from @traderjoes). Put coated chicken into the heated oil and cook 5-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. #yum

1 cup frozen peas 
3 cloves garlic, sliced 
4 cups vegetable broth

In an effort to stick to my goal of red meat only once per week, I’ve been eating more fish. 🐠To avoid stinking up the house too many nights in a row, πŸ‘ƒπŸŒ¬I buy what I like fresh from the farmers market and cook it all at once. This way nothing goes to waste and I have protein to eat for the next 2-3 days. Tonight I made shrimp 🍀 (steamed for about 7 mins), scallops (cooked in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice for 6 minutes per side), and lemon sole (olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice cooked 3-4 mins per side). I never really made fried fish 🐟 before, but it came out great, even the next day. Grey sole dipped in egg and @bobsredmill #paleoflour, pan fried in organic palm oil, served with a little leftover grass fed beef, roasted shishito peppers 🌢 and lots and lots of local organic broccoli rabe from @ironwoodfarmny. Everything was made ahead except the greens so dinner took 10 minutes to prepare. #mealprep #haveaplan #eatyourgreens #realfood #21dsd #yum
