This curry is made by frying onions, chopped ginger-garlic, tomatoes and pumpkin, adding Indian spices and once the mixture starts leaving oil, adding the dry fish. There’s a distinct aroma and flavour on adding the dry fish. Trust me, this dish is Finger Licking good and a hit among the Bengalis 😍
