I know we all have busy lives and sometimes it’s hard to build healthy habits. Yoga is of course a wonderful practice for our body and minds, but we also need to be mindful of how we fuel our bodies.
One of my favorite ways to do this is green smoothies. They’re easy and tasty and you can prep them ahead of time. This one from the Minimalist Baker has been my go to lately. Hope you like it!!
1 medium banana
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1 tbsp. flaxseed meal
1 heaping tbsp. natural peanut butter
1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 cups fresh spinach
Blend it all together until creamy!
