🔹Common and Uncommon Lunges - :30 work/ :10 rest🔹
1. Forward/ backward lunges (:30 each side)

✅ I've had many requests for more abs workouts so here's the one I did today, ✅ I'm showing you some more challenging alternatives to some of them
✅ I like those exercises because they target the core which helps me get a flat, tight tummy (versus other moves that make abs pop up more) and obliques as well
⚠️ The video is sped up x2 ⏭ Repeat these exercises 3 times
1️⃣ 20 Front plank with twists each side
2️⃣ 10 Reverse crunch to hip raises 👉🏽 this will target the lower part of your abs 🔹Hold the mat with your hands like I do on the video or you can also wrap them above your head around something that's heavy enough to stay in place (like a very heavy weight or a table foot) 🔹 try to go as slow as possible when you lower your legs 🔹 THINK about using your abs to raise your hips ☝🏽 you can also do this on an inclined bench at the gym
3️⃣ Side plank with 10 rotations each side 👉🏽 grab a dumbbell to make it more challenging 🔹 for an easier version, rest your lower knee on the floor
4️⃣ 15 Alternate jackknifes each side 👉🏽 I'm showing a version without weight and a version with a 2kg dumbbell 
5️⃣ 15 Dead bugs each side 👉🏽 here again, I'm showing you with and without weight
