We want to thank @miss_bikini_suits for her amazing gift for our office wall. Victoria and Miss Bikini Suits have been with us since our first show 4 years ago. And she is one of the first to sign up again for 2018. We know there has been no official announcement and while I could tell you location and date here and now, I think it's very unprofessional to start selling tickets and exhibition space without everything in a 100% written contract. Whilst other shows have made promises and not followed through or pulled their show, we just won't do that. We've 4 years experience and feedback from lots of you who attended. And we have listened and can make promises for a better event again. We're so excited to get this out there and with the backing of strong companies like @miss_bikini_suits behind us, we will always be pushing our thriving and amazing health and fitness industry in NI and Ireland. 3 weeks to go and the changes are really starting to come in now, no better feeling than when your coach tells you he is super happy with were your currently at :D . . . Tempo for the above 4/1/1/0
90 seconds rest between sets
3-Back Squats 3 x 15
Tempo 3/0/1/0 & 90seconds rest
4-Short step Lunges
Tempo 2/0/1/1 & 60 seconds rest
5-Hamstring Curls 4*15
Tempo 2/0/1/0 & 45 seconds rest
6-Glute Lifts 2 x 20
Tempo 2/1/1/2 & 60seconds rest
Finished off with some Calf Raises & Sissy Squats 😁
Some air walking with some #muscleporn thrown in at the end. Slow pull ups are a great exercise and a great way to see how your backs shaping up . Did you know that in bodybuilding the reason that the 8 to 12 rep range is so affective has more to do with the time under tension it takes to complete? 50 to 70 seconds under tension is optimal for hypertropy.
