Black or Kuro edamame from Tamba. These beans are seasonal and were on today’s special and so we ordered some to share. Wow is all I can say. Nothing like your normal edamame, these had a richer flavour and more peanuty taste to it.
I have been wanting to check @kamoshita5neilroad for ages since @mkthehansum told me about it. So glad that I finally did tonight and I love the whole place, especially the cats that are all over the counter tops. Chef Koki is clearly a cat lover
