I have really slipped up in an area ... and that area is COFFEE☕️ !!! Not only have I completely switched from coconut oil to cream, but I’ve slowly increased from 1-2 cups to 4-5 a day!!! I don’t drink very strong coffee, but still, that’s way too much dairy, too much caffeine (for me) and I end up drinking less water!! •••
My skin has been looking terrible lately too. It FINALLY dawned on me that the decrease in water, increase in caffeine, and the reduction of coconut oil have been showing their effects. Three days ago, when my cream ran out I decided that I won’t be buying more.... not forever, but just until I break this nasty habit. So far, all good - but I do so much miss those creamy coffees. The cold weather doesn’t help with this desire to sit on crazy hot drinks all day long. OH WELL! They aren’t good for me and need to be reserved for a treat, not an hourly indulgence 😳
It has been a good few weeks of me going crazy with the cream. I’m also (ONLY NOW 🙄) realizing that this could be why I haven’t lost weight in almost two months. I’ve been taking in toooooo much of that stuff. Bye bye cream!!! .
