Not gonna lie, breastfeeding can be hard!! Especially when my soy, dairy, or broccoli intake can keep Declan up all hours of the night with a colic tummy... I'm ever so thankful for this Vegan Protein shake that not only keeps me full (because breastfeeding makes me CRAZY hungry from the extra calorie burning), but it's safe for my baby too!
Sooooo as promissed my Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe (Sorry I have to type it out because #technologyproblems )
1 cup natural peanut butter
3 tbs coconut oil
50g dark chocolate (I used @caringcandies mint dark chocolate)
80g roasted almonds
Xylitol syrup adjust to your taste (you can use honey to make it paleo or stevia according to @stilbaaigirl32 two teaspoons)
1. Blend your peanut butter and coconut oil together (or whisk if you don't have a food processor) add your sweetener I table or teaspoon at a time until satisfied
3. Line a baking sheet or use a PRETTY mold like I did
4. Chop your almonds and chocie and add it to your fudge mixture
5. Swirl the nuts and chocie into the mixture by making an infinity sign or an 8
6. Add to your tin and or mold, pop in the freezer for 10min and bon appetite ❤️ #fudgelife#healthyandsweet#instarecipe#ketofriendly
