Meal Prep * CHICKEN SALAD*
I always used to buy this from the store but now realize its so easy to make at home! Plus I know what is exactly going in it. I love this stuff so prepped a large amount. I used my Kitchenaid mixer to easily shred my chicken just a few minutes then put the rest of the ingrideints in as well.
5 chicken breast, 5 stalks of celery, 1 small onion, 1/2 tsp of garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 1/2 cup of mayo (could of used more but I didnt have anymore at home), couple of squeezes of mustard.
What are you having? Comment⬇️⬇️⬇️
Here I have 2 oz pork Jowl with 4 eggs and 1 tbs of butter.
Super simple again today. I’m doing my own experiment of a no veggie 80/20 keto diet. 80% fat and 20% protein. I have felt much better. Sorry to those that followed for recipe ideas. You’re gonna have to wait for that. I don’t like making things so complicated. When it comes to a specific way of eating you need to keep things easy to be able to stick to it.

While experimenting with the sweet tooth I made a really simple tasty treat👨🏻🔬 👨🏻🍳 😋😏 > Mixed pasture raised heavy cream, maple extract, roasted coconut flakes and a few drops of liquid stevia with a hand mixer until fluffy whipped cream.... > Added walnuts, a few raspberries and topped with some more coconut flakes 👌🏼
It’s easy to fast when you’re super busy at work! Broke an almost 20 hr fast with an easy peasy salad. Sticking with the basics through January as I try to reach my end of January goal of 147. Fell a little off the bandwagon during the Eagles game (LETS GO BIRDS 🍺 ), but it’s back to it and I already have a healthy plan for this Sunday’s game! 🍕 (Fathead pizza anyone? 😇) #Goals#LowCarbHighFat#Fasting#GoEagles
First meal of the day (I don’t count coffee 😍😍😍) and it’s an old fave! .
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crack Slaw ⭐️⭐️⭐️
There are lots of yummy variations of this recipe and you can find tons on Pinterest but here is how I make mine: 🌶 Brown 1 lb ground beef 🌶 Sauté drained/canned green beans in oil and salt until slightly charred and set aside 🌶 Drain most of the grease from the ground beef and add a handful of frozen chopped onions and 1-2 T of a beef soup base with 1/4-1/2 cup of water and let that cook together over medium heat for 3-4 min 🌶Add in a whole bag of chopped coleslaw mix and cook in with ground beef mixture until slightly wilted (about 5-6 min) 🌶Add green beans to mix along with about 2 t soy sauce, 1 t sriracha and a few chopped green onions .
This is a true Keto Fav of mine!! And ps it’s not spicy! I just liked the pepper emoji 🌶🌶🌶

I’ve had the privilege of experiencing the work of what only a few people on this planet have truly mastered. Glenn Hall is one of them! I’ve learned that our bodies can literally hold past traumas, experiences, and emotions in our tissues. “Myofascial release” is a buzzword right now but this is beyond what any typical body worker or foam roller can do. Such an emotional experience when you can feel moments and memories being released by proper tissue work, and feeling as if the world was just lifted off your shoulders. Cliche, but man I don’t know how else to put it. Turns out that a common knot/discomfort I would get behind my right shoulder was linked to a specific significant memory that happened years ago that I’ve since told myself that “I’m over it, I forgive them, I forgive myself” which is good, but having that experience fully RELEASED from me PHYSICALLY was mind blowing, empowering, and felt like nothing I’ve experienced before. This post doesn’t do this justice, but I’m grateful for Glenn at Create Health Nevada for this one of a kind work. I know it sounds a little woowoo, so DM if you need more info on this type of work 🙏🙏🙏
