Been keeping things very simple (as always) by roasting random handfuls of veggies and drizzling avocado oil & sea salt on them 💪 I pre-cut and wash my veggies before storing them in the fridge so I can easily just throw them on the baking sheet and forget it! I'm finding it's less maintenance and clean up than even steaming them. You've probably seen a lot of these grassfed sausages in my posts lately, they're super simple to just throw on the baking sheet with the veggies. Saving as much time as possible has been on my mind lately ⌛️ Btw this really hit the spot post-workout! Eating 4 cups of veggies per plate makes me feel...dare I say...bulletproof 😝
Couldn't wait till Tuesday so we had 🌮 tacos 🌮 on Monday. And oh yeah......with Home-Made taco shells!!! 😆 Sorry.... gotta toot my own horn here for just a sec! 📣📣 Aaaaand moving on...LOL.... pretty easy and they turned out delicious!! We will definitely be enjoying this one again!! 👍
All I wanted for dinner was this giant salad. Feeling under the weather so I managed to calculate my macros to have this delicious salad for. A bit of romaine, feta, walnuts, a bit of apple and a ton of olive oil vinaigrette. Yum!! I hope I feel better for part 2 of this crazy heat wave!
Today I tried the @healthfulpursuit salmon cakes, the flavor was very good, but mine doesn't look like the ones in the book 😂, also the recipe call for a dill sauce that I substituted for a Mayo doll up. Made a 1 minute chocolate cake, I used a plant based protein (as you see in my 3rd picture) definitely a different taste. I love that I can have a healthy snack while making sure I get adequate protein
